We had a great experience with You Move Me. They came and packed up most of our house on a Saturday and moved us to our new house the next day. They were very organized, efficient and friendly. They even played around with our kids while doing everything!  Our whole family was very happy with this moving experience!

Luq hooked me up with the best 4 movers. Jesse, Luis and crew, showed up on time, organized our large furniture so fast and efficiently in the truck, real pros. They handled all of our stuff with care and this was a 3 story home!! We would absolutely hire them again and recommend this company to all. Thank you You Move Me Orange County, you guys are the BEST!

I love this company, especially Luq, the General Manager and his team as they were very professional, offered great value and responsive to my needs which, at times, they felt were too particular and slowed their pace, however, they tried hard to accommodate my preferences! I highly recommend Luq and his team. I could not have done this move without them! Feeling very grateful for their help!

I booked with this company and paid a $99 deposit , ten minutes later I found a company with a cheaper price and called this company back to cancel my booking. They said ok no problem we will get that refunded right away it may take a few days for the refund to show on your credit card. One week later I still had not received the refund, nor did they cancel the move. I called and someone said they would get it sorted out and call me back. I called again 6 hours later since no one called me back, and someone in their call center said Orange County has a policy that they will not refund deposits and he just works remotely at a call center in Kansas so can’t do anything about it. What a run around , ultimately I disputed the charge on my credit card.  They won’t tell you the deposit is non refundable so just beware when booking with this company, it’s impossible to speak with the same person twice to resolve issues and there is no accountability.
