I just had a full move out clean done with You've Got Maids. After checking out the completed job, I'm unfortunately not super impressed. The house has been cleaned, and I appreciate the work that the staff did, but the level of cleanliness just isn't quite what I thought I was getting. As part of a move out clean, cleaning inside and out of appliances is included. The freezer was completely forgotten, which is confusing, considering it's a side by side and the fridge portion was done. The outside of the fridge still had some fingerprints and smudges. It was done, just not that deep clean I was hoping for. This was ultimately the case with the rest of the house. Everything had been done, just not to a level that really got in all of the nooks and crannies. I'll have to go back through myself to take care of a few areas. Ultimately, if I had paid for a basic cleaning service, I would be more pleased, but this just didn't feel quite up to a par with a good move out clean. Everyone that I interacted with was polite and professional, but in the future, I would probably try out a different company if looking for the same service. Note: This review was deleted and reposted, as it was originally uploaded from the incorrect email address. The company had responded to my original review, which I wish to address. They stated that they do not clean freezers, as the cleaners and towels will freeze up, and that that was explained to me during the estimate. Unfortunately that was not explained to me. Rather, the gentleman essentially said "we"ll clean the inside and out of all of your appliances" gesturing to everything in the room. Additionally, I've cleaned my freezer on multiple occasions, and it's bizarre to claim that that cannot be done. No cleaning products or towels are going to freeze in the time it takes to clean. If this had been explained during the estimate, I would have found this to be extremely questionable and gone with a different company.
Wow! You've Got Maids is awesome! The process was professional and easy from start to finish. The owner came for a very brief visit to give us our quote and explain that the company is bonded and insured and told us when to expect the crew and what they would do. They only took just a couple of hours to clean our entire house after move-out, and it is sparkling and smells so fresh!! The ladies were very nice, and we thought the price was reasonable, too, for all they did...wow. I recommend this cleaning service with no hesitation.
I have had a great experience with You've Got Maids. They come every other week and I've had them 3 months. They are professional, friendly, and do a great job. I love how Rachael is the team lead and is always here, the rest of the crew is pretty consistent, sometimes different ladies. I think having a team lead like that is what provides consistent, high quality cleaning. They are very competitively priced. I will continue using their service and highly recommend them.
We have used more than one cleaning service in Fort Wayne, Indiana and over the last decade I have used 7 cleaning services in multiple states. You've Got Maids has been one of the most professional services I have used. They are very thorough, their service is customizable, and the staff has been very professional. They asked questions regarding how I wanted certain areas handled so that we both have clear expectations of what is being done and they communicate well. Finally, their prices were comparable and favorable to the other service providers. I would recommend You've Got Maids, Fort Wayne to anyone looking for professional, thorough, and reasonably priced home cleaning services. Personally, I would like to thank the staff that is assigned to my home, Bethany, Peggy, and Mikayla, for not only their expertise but also the added challenge of working in my home while I have been been working from home and am constantly in critical meetings. They have provided excellent service while not distracting my meetings. Other than a distant vacuum, I wouldn't have even known they were there. Please know that it has been very sincerely appreciated!
Bethany, Peggy, Mikayla, & Rachel have done a wonderful job at our office. We have been using their service for over a month now and have really gotten the office sparkling. That was no easy feat considering we are in the construction industry and drag in all kids of dirt, soil, and concrete debris. They do such a wonderful job and are always so professional we really appreciate all they do for our office!
