We advocate for the ideas of limited government, individual freedom, free enterprise, traditional values and a strong national defense!
Our mission is simple: as a student organization dedicated to promoting conservative values, we advocate for the ideas of limited government, individual freedom, free enterprise, traditional values and a strong national defense.
We provide a visible presence for the Conservative movement on campus by organizing activism projects, by hosting prominent conservative speakers, and by educating our members at various conferences and seminars across the country.
In our first year on campus, we organized a number of projects—including the 9/11: Never Forget Project, Freedom Week, and the Firing Up Freedom Tour. We also hosted Kate Obenshain, Katie Pavlich, Marc Thiessen, and Stephen Moore for a campus lecture, which was attended by hundreds of students.
We are just getting started and hope that you will consider joining us as there is still much work to be done. Did we mention that Ronald Reagan was closely involved with our organization? So much so that as a member of Young Americans for Freedom, you will have the opportunity to visit Rancho del Cielo in Santa Barbara, CA—the ranch that President Reagan owned and referred to as the Western White House because of all the time that he and Nancy spent there during his presidency.
With your help, we can ensure that conservative principles—those that have made our country the exceptional one that it is—will be passed down to future generations.
