I got there early so I could fill out the new patient paperwork. The staff was friendly and they were able to get me in before my appt time.
For 25 years Dr Young has brought us the best care, help with our Son's eyes when vision was changing. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, very clean environment, and very helpful for all our vision needs.
The staff was cordial .The Dr was the same . Not sure if he ever even smiled .This was 1. The most expensive eye appointment I've ever had. Charged me $51 for a contact exam I've never paid more than$35 before. AND 2. For this was the only time I've ever had a contact appointment that didn't fit me for new contacts and didntd have a follow-up appointment!!! I've yet to order my new contacts. He changed the prescription slightly, so hoping they work as it'll be so expensive to try out 2 boxes! Beware...
On a holiday weekend at 8:20 pm Dr.Young met us at his office to treat our four year olds eye injury. We were scared our little boy was in so much pain and he was scared. We felt so awkward calling after hours but when your child is screaming in pain and can't open his eye for hours you pray some one can help. Dr.Young was so kind and fixed our boy right up. He removed the debris that was in our son's upper eye lid scratching his eye ball with every blink and put some numbing drops in, our boy was instantly relieved. I just wanted to cry and hug the Dr. writing this review is the absolute least we could do to show our gratitude for Dr.Youngs kindness. Thank god for Dr.'s that care!!
I went to Dr Young today, good service. I want to thank Lindsay for all the help she gave me. She was kind and sweet.
I like my glasses. And everybody working there is very nice and helpful.
