Cheri was amazing to work with! She is by far is the best florist I have ever worked with! My fathers florals for his service far exceeded my expectations, my family and I were elated and actually received pictures as she promised and updates on our special requests and specialty flowers. The delivery was made timely ! Her customer service is impeccable- you do not see this much now a days! I have also referred a lot of my family members and friends to Cheri in which rave reviews from all! I would never go anywhere else. The shop is a diamond in the rough.
Cheri’s talent is truly unmatched. Every arrangement she does is incredibly gorgeous. She made the most stunning bouquet to celebrate my mom’s retirement. I was blown away when mom sent me the picture! She was so happy and felt so loved. I wouldn’t go anywhere but Young’s Florist. Cher is the best of the best hands down!

I highly recommend Young's Florist!! I was very impressed with my experience and the arrangement was SO beautiful! I searched google for a local florist and I'm so happy I came across Young's. Cher was super sweet and put together something perfect to be delivered to my grandma. This is definitely my go-to florist from now on!!!
I needed flowers delivered to a co-worker who lives in Rochester - they just had a baby girl. I found Young's online and was thrilled with the experience - the friendliness and sincerity in wanting to make sure everything was perfect with the arrangement. Something you don't find anymore. I thought it was a nice added touch to send you a picture of the arrangement. The overall experience was amazing and I would recommend them to everyone!!
My girlfriend hurt her neck a few days ago and she went to work today- working through the pain. I thought it would be nice to surprise her with a floral delivery to help brighten her day. I don’t live in Rochester so I had to Google a florist- any florist actually would do really, but I hit the jackpot by selecting Young’s! Cheri answered the phone and she was so great! I told her what I wanted to do and after a few basic questions like my budget I told her $70 with delivery, she pretty much took the reigns- even helping me compose the card. I was at work and had literally about 4 minutes to get all this done. It might have taken 3- but I wasn’t exactly timing the process. All I knew was that Cheri would make a beautiful arrangement, within my price range and delivered that day. 20 minutes later I get a ping on my phone and it was Cheri telling me my floral arrangement was done and would be out the door and on its way shortly. She even sent me a picture for my approval! I’ve NEVER had such personalized service from a florist like this in my life! I was just stunned at how efficient Young’s was- and what a beautiful job Cheri did! Usually if I want to order flowers it’s a 1-800 number and you kinda hope for the best, right? Sometimes it’s good, less often it’s great- but it’s fast and relatively easy- if not exactly cheap. This time I decided to give a small, local company my business and- WOW!! So pleased and so very grateful to Young’s and to Cheri in particular for helping me look like a superstar- my girlfriend actually cried… she was having such a hard day and this just… you know? It was really something special and completely turned her day around.
I ordered flowers for my niece who is a college student in Rochester. Cheri, was wonderful and went above and beyond. She also sent a pic, and the arrangement was beautiful.
Absolutely amazing quality & communication. Highly recommend Young Florist to anyone who is needing Fast, Quality work. I had a friend in the hospital and wanted to send some flowers. I ordered them online and the owner called me in the morning to say that certain arrangement wasn’t in stock but she could make something like it. I was texted a picture of what she made and it was stunning. My friend loved the arrangement. They also called the hospital to make sure she could accept the flowers so they would be fresh when they arrived. Not only was the price reasonable the arrangement beautiful but also top notch customer service .
The arrangement Cher created for Sue and Tom is absolutely amazing! They love it and were very impressed with the raspberry hydrangeas. On a scale of one to ten, you get a 20 for this one. Thanks again. Kathy
