Recently got an oil and filter change there, and bought 4 Goodyear winter tires too. The tires were a bit pricey. But working with the service techs at Youngstedts is a delight - courteous, they accurately forecasted when my car would be done, no nasty surprises in any form. Horribly unprofessional, avoid. Had a used tire mounted, do you think a professional shop would confirm “no leaks”, and they said “not leaking”, guess what? Refused to stand by their work!!! Snide, argumentative, unprofessional!!! Never recommend!! Response is irrelevant... check it for leaks!!!! You didn't!!! Proving you DO NOT care about a customers safety!!!Service: Tires

I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced under a time constraint. I let them know and they were able to accommodate and change the tire within two hours. Super quick service and very customer friendly. Definitely recommend!Service: Auto tire replacement

Incredibly nice staff and very informative. Jon went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of with my vehicle and that I was happy and satisfied with the service. Would not recommend going here. They charge a premium for no reason. Had an issue with my engine misfiring and charged me 140 dollars for the codes to be pulled. They could not find what was wrong with the car but suggested an oil change and if the problem occurred again to bring it back. It happened a few month later but they wanted to charge me another 140 dollars just to pull the codes. Since they didn't solve the problem the first time I asked if they could see if there was anything from last time they didn't check that could cause an issue. Nope they NEED to pull the codes. Went down the street to another shop where they pulled the codes and suggested a few options since it wasn't clear what might be happening. We still didn't solve the issue but I have been able to bring it in multiple times now without additional charges to help track down on issue. They also provide a discount on labor for AAA members. I would not do business with Youngstedts unless you want to be charged plugging in a USB stick and if they find nothing they give up but happy to recharge you to do the same thing a month later.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This place is awesome. I highly recommend. I called Saturday and got in 5 minutes later. They patched my tire in 15 minutes and the price was super low. I can't say enough great things about this place.Service: Tires

I walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon and a gentleman Super friendly assisted me For a nail in my tire they got me in and fixed up within a hour And the Lady at the front cashier Rocks I purchased some Rockstars and she saved me some money Thanks Y’all you are awesome All jobs well done

Forgot to tighten lug nuts after tire rotation, resulting in a nasty wobble on the freeway. Did not re-set notification for oil change, suggesting I "just ignore the warning, and use the sticker notification". Did not top off wiper fluid. First experience....will never go back!!Services: General repairs & maintenance
