I left pretty disappointed. I went to get my work knives sharpened. I wish I could comment on the actual sharpening service but I didn't make it past the awful customer service. The lady behind the counter already acted like she didn't want to help me and was curt. I paid and then remembered to tell the woman my knife was a left handed single bevel. She then proceeded to tell me the person sharpening used a stone and couldn't do that. I told her that is how single bevels are sharpened and that he only needed to do the beveled side. She told me that wasn't possible and seemed as if she wouldn't pass the message along so I asked for my money back and left. I personally know anyone worth their stones would know how to do this and I'm sure the sharpener could have done the job but the counter person wasn't willing to even ask. I wanted to look around the shop as the restuarant I work for needed a slicer and few other things but the service person was so off putting about asking for my money back that I decided to leave. I went to a different shop in the area and had it sharpened within 10 minutes.
Go see dan he can fix any thing
