I lived here for 10 years and I never even knew there was a restaurant here. The place is great for snacks, drinks, and small dishes but I was told that the larger meals and regular dishes aren't that great. But that's just from what I read. We 5 of us all only ordered drinks and a noodle dish. Despite Yelp's poor rating of 2.5 stars, we all thought this wasn't THAT bad. The drinks were actually pretty good. But the wait time was pretty slow. I believe it was because our server was also the cook and bus boy. For a place this size somewhat large, they really should have more employees.
Their food used to be good but not any more. They may be using more msg because I get really thirsty after eating there. Milk tea was mediocre. Still relatively expensive. Good thing is that we no longer have to wait for our table.
No longer good, no longer unique, the quality has dropped and it just terrible foods and the service. Inefficient and unbelievably shameless for the wrongdoing. Me and the family was there for the breakfast and ordered that big noodles bowl soup+Udon+beef+beef balls+fish balls+ some chicken. When the order came it was quick this time, usually this one take sometime, the chicken is bad and the smells are just so easy to smell it. So we let them know and they took it away without saying anything, no exchange, no re-order, nothing! at first we thought that they're gonna replace it. But, after a long while we asked them about the noodles and this time they said that they're gonna to get us another one. And here it come, the same bowl that they took away, and bring it back to us without the chicken and just adds some more fish balls!
I remember eating here a while back and the food tastes great but not so much anymore. It's a little more expensive compared to other Hong Kong Cafes. I thought the food was way too salty especially the Russian Borscht they give you in the beginning. After eating I was reeeeeeally thirsty, probably too much MSG. I got the chicken steak with pasta which was ok, nothing too special.
Food is actually good and the decor is really nice.
YOUnique it was...the new dishes and cool décor, along with the slow staff -1 star for you!! Came here for lunch before and had to wait for a table, but also came here for breakfast today in which there was no wait if you come early enough 9:30 AM..dont be late or be warned. This is a breakfast review: The plus was the dishes was big and actually good tasting...so don't over order. I actually like their congee, since it is not too thick nor too bland. Not only this, it comes with your choice of coffee, milk tea, or lemon tea for free...no extra charge for cold drink, otherwise that is COLD I say. Oh, free refills..but the service was slow due to short staff and the ignorance by them when you ask for a refill...had to ask like 3 times with 3 different servers. Overall, not bad for the price you pay for the food.
Excellent Hong Kong-style cafe food. They have a good variety of traditional Chinese Hong Kong style dishes chow fun, noodle soups, entrees and American Hong Kong style dishes rice plates, steak, pasta. The menu can sometimes be overwhelming in terms of choices, but it also features many good lunch special packages where a drink is included. The drinks also have free refills. This is a go-to lunch destination for me in this area. Affordable as well.
This is a hk style cafe but with modern design interior. The menu is a very typical hk food here. Price is in a higher side however. Service js good but the food is mediocre.
Food is pretty good and super cheap compared to places in the Valley. What else can you ask for? Well, maybe better service. Lol
modern look and delicious dishes combine with Asian and American network sure to enjoy an evening with your special one in a great Asian-American atmosphere. A dating spot!
