Younkers

First, finding someone to help in the cosmetic department is difficult at best. Then after finding a clerk, they go to a counter that they are not familiar with those product. Needed a Lancome eyeliner and guess what, they were out of the black. Just like the last time I was there! At least this clerk offered to have it shipped to my home. I figured since I was spending that much on eyeliner I would get another item so I could get the free gift set. I get home and she only gave me half the items! I am ready to give up on shopping at this store.

Absolute WORST customer service EVERY time I go there...it's not the sales people that are bad..it's the LACK of help they have there. Can you maybe HIRE a few...actually A LOT more people? Todayand this happens EVERY time I went to buy some Red Door perfume..but as always there is NO ONE at the counter..they have about 2 people working ALL of the cosmetic counters...clearly not enough. The person who tried to help be after waiting a good 10-15 minutes wasn't from that counter and clearly didn't know what she was selling me. I wanted perfume and got all the way home only to realize that I was sold lotion. So,back to the store to waste more time when there won't be anyone available to help. I SO wish Dubuque had either Dillards or Von Maur so I didn't have to go to Younkers EVER again!

As I was shopping I had lost my keys, which was a complete disaster for me because I went shopping in both locations. Staff & I looked for 3hrs, under racks, on top of tables, nothing was left unturned. As I was about to swallow my pride & call hubby an associate found them in a cart . Thank you for sparing me the humility of having to hear about losing keys.

0/5. They have the worst customer service. I went there to return my purchase and without letting me know they gave me their gift card. I told them I don't want gift card and I want my money on my discover card. The lady told me that she can not give it to me because she already issued gift card. and there is nothing she can do now. worst customer service, avoid this store

Store manager Caesar doesn't care about providing customer service only about opening store credit cards. Lies are told to get you to open one.. especially by the gentleman in the Men's store.and corporate covers for how poorly the managers treat their employees. Don't work here.

Incredibly poor customer service in the men's department. Man was condensing, insulting and rude.

They shut off the A.C. up in the man store....extremely hot upstairs!!

Employees was really rude,after that day I never back.

Going to miss Younkers! To bad they are going out of business!
