i cannot thank you enough. Visiting from the East Coast. Retired RN so I know health care. APP was excellent. Professional and asked a thorough history before providing me with a knee injection for bone and bone history after a long flight. Thank you. Excellent care. Susan skonya
Very friendly and polite, I call that respectfully. They were able to find information easily and very knowledgeable and enjoys working at BestMed. Thank for showing your great sense of humor and awesome smiles... I felt safe and well informed when I left BestMed Urgent Care.
People and this company need to hear honest reviews about it. The reality is it’s an absolute circus. The first one we showed up to didn’t have a provider scheduled so they couldn’t take anyone. First thoughtbecause I get it is that stuff happens and although it’s a little frustrating we head to the other, but just wait…there’s more. Both places have never heard of out of state Medicaid for an infant child so we paid out of pocket to be seen. My mom runs a medical billing practice and burst into laughter when I told her this. The “Clinic Supervisor” was so focused on getting the TV on the right channel when we arrived at the second location despite being aware that his other location was figuratively on fire and that couldn’t have summed up this whole place any better. He was really good at saying “sorry” and really lousy at even offering help to his obviously struggling staff. Due to the fact that we were told we had to pay out of pocket, we tried for 30 minutes to locate evidence of an alternative for our insurance info…when we finally just caved and decided to pay it, the receptionist let us know that “now we were on the list”. The 30 minutes in the waiting room with a 10 month old child screaming was all for nothing until we decided our insurance info. By the way, there’s nothing wrong with that IF YOU JUST TELL THE PERSON ahead of time rather than state it at the end and say “that’s just our policy”. It’s not one thing. It’s 1000. It’s the fact that we had to bring a sample back the following day being told “oh yeah we’re open 7 days a week” and then finding out they’re closed on weekends going forward when we got there to follow up. Having to call to follow up on results that they were just sitting on was the cherry on top. What a hot pile of steaming trash company and whoever runs it should be the one held accountable. This is a mismanaged waste of public health assistance. I’ve never felt more compelled to leave a bad review in my life. The only olive branch I’ll extend is that the nurse and NP were kind and helpful. You just have to wade through the heap of bull before you get there. If you read this and respond with your “empathy trained” tuna can response rather than actually do something to help, it will only be more evidence to the fact that it’s not about people and their care like your billboard says, it’s about making money, under-training your staff, and leaving a lot of people unhealthy and speechless.
It's nice being able to go to the doctor on a Sunday. The wait was a little while but I can overlook that being a weekend. Doctor Schrripa was very courteous and professional. He didn't come across as being in a hurry and asked lots of questions which you don't get a lot from some doctors now days. Great job!
The care from the front desk and the doctor were great. The administrative department is lacking. 5 days after being seen my referral was processed to a location that doesn't accept referrals from urgent care locations. I have called 3 times just today and left messages, with no return call from the referral department.
The new operation here is disorganized, unethically expensive, and down right not worth your time. I would advise going literally anywhere else. After having to come back for a return visit, since the first treatment plan was a failure, I was referred to a different provider. Trouble is BESTMED did not correctly submit the referral to the specialist. They literally sent it over with zero contact information. My specialist has attempted to contact this urgent care for a way to reach me and they have failed to respond. The office manager refuted my request to waiv or even reduce the second visit cost even though there was no care, prescription provided. I should not be charged $200 for an incorrectly submitted referral that has further delayed my urgent procedure.
This place is CLOSED. I showed up at 8 am sharp on a Sunday morning for treatment for a sinus infection to get in and out as quickly as possible. At 8:02, doors were still locked. I called and was told they were just getting out of the meeting and would be opening shortly. 15 minutes later, still nothing. I called again, and then they told me that location was closed due to short staffing. No sign, no indication on their website that it was closed. I then went to their other Redmond location as quickly as I could. By that time there were at least 7 folks in the waiting room, one doctor on duty, and a guaranteed several hours wait. I was appalled by the lack of accountability and professionalism by the folks I spoke to. I then proceeded to go to Summit Health urgent care by St Charles who were courteous, professional and kind, even though they also had one doctor on staff they were able to move quickly and efficiently through the folks waiting to be seen. I will never go back to Best Med for urgent care again!
We were traveling through Redmond and I needed to see a doctor. I got to Best Med shortly after they opened on a Thursday morning. They were very prompt, I discussed my symptoms with the nurse and PA. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy and I was on my way. The PA was very helpful answering all of my questions. They entire staff was very thoughtful.
Great experience w/ calm and caring professionals. I was very impressed with the FNP Lee Chamberlain. I would consider her for primary care if offered at this location — urgent care & occupational medicine as I understood. The front desk person was a bit rattled but still reasonably well-mannered. It’s also MUCH easier to get to this location for urgent care as long one remembers to take the Yew exit off 97 or take other streets to arrive.
We did have to wait longer because of being short staff. But I would like to say that the lady who got us checked in and the provider we saw was so pleasant that I did not mind waiting longer. My son felt cared for and I much appreciate it.
