Tracy was excellent ,great customer service,he went over an above and I will refer anyone to Extra Space for their storage needs.
Very clean! Love Carol who manages the business! She is a people person and helps you to the best of her ability. Why she laughs at me, I cant figure out... No one else does! On a serious note, however, it would be nice in the longer sunlight hours of summer, the owner extend the closing hours later. There are many working people, or senior handicapped who need assistance and such as myself, must the times my caregivers or help cant assist me before 6 pm. . I am kindly asking the owner to seriously consider extending the hours of operation to accomodate working people the ability to take care of their needs that must be taken care of on a work day after they get off work, to closing hours by one hour to 1 hr 40 mins. in the summer. Thank you!

Originally gave this business 5 stars, 3 years ago. Just moved out over the weekend. I know a lot of people have storage horror stories but, this experience has been exceptional. Always friendly, helpful staff. Facility always clean. Reasonable pricing. Never felt unsafe or insecure about my storage items. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Your Space Self Storage has been a lifesaver and charm. The staff has always been very friendly, warm, and helpful. The facility is not only affordable, but convenient, as well as very clean and easy to navigate. The grounds are very secure and I don't ever think twice about the safety of my belongings. And with the automatic monthly payments I never worry about the hassle of making a payment over the phone or having to drive to the office. I highly recommend Your Space Self Storage.
Friendly staff, safe and clean storage areas, large elevator if you don't get a drive up with carts all helps when you need it. They also offer a free truck for move ins if you need one. The place looks great and is well maintained.
I have been to several different storage companies. This is by far the best one. Not only is it affordable, it is the cleanest and safest one I have stored my items in. I'm surprised there is not more of YourSpace storage company's in the area!. Has lots of camera's, easily accessible to the units with elevators and has a friendly front office, and the front office is also clean and organized.
Carol has the best customer service. She is the property manager and took care of all my needs quick fast and in a hurry. I feel comfortable storing my personal things here.
This place is the best! I have been a long term tenant and have nothing but good things to say. The facility is always kept in top shape and the office staff is always available to help. Highly recommend it.
I HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 4+YEARS AND THEY TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT...VERY CARING...PLACE IS SO CLEAN AND SAFE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THE MANAGEMENT ...SHE IS THE GREATEST! SO POSITIVE...SO MUCH LIKE FAMILY! THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU HERE! AND THATS HARD TO COME BY THESE DAYS!!!
