Sue helped arrange air and travel for an international trip. We received notice of a flight cancellation from the airline for one leg of our trip. Sue worked with the airline to get us rebooked on a different flight and we didn't have to do a thing! It was so great to have an agent take care of figuring out our best rebooking option.

We cannot stress enough to call and work with Kim if you are looking to schedule a Stress Free Vacation. She has been friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable and extra helpful since day one. Our family planned a Trip to Disney World about a year ago, however due to Hurricane Ian plans needed to change. Kim was on the ball immediately and on her personal time off in looking into things and helping us adjust our vacation. The folks at Your Travel Agency are a pleasure to work with. They helped me arrange the flights for my study abroad in Australia, and came to the rescue when Covid shutdowns made a mess of my flight plan home. They got me home in days when the airline told me I would have wait stuck overseas for months! I highly recommended Your Travel Agency!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE IN PROGRESS...My father traveled to France yesterday for a month-long trip and, quite frankly, it was a miracle that he was even picked up from the airport. It is his first time traveling outside the United States and because of the lack of clarity and lack of attention to detail of this travel agency, he has been hung out to dry in his hotel room in one of the largest cities in the world by himself. The lack of clarity and attention to detail in the itinerary that he is working with is appalling. Because of this lack of clarity in the itinerary, he was forced to miss his first excursion of the day – therefore, wasting his money. Today, because of the time difference, he is forced to wait until the office opens up. Once he is able to call them, he will ATTEMPT to get clarification on where his tour groups are meeting. He will also attempt to clarify WHY this travel agency booked a ticket from Paris all the way to one of the southernmost cities in France Marseille and then booked a separate ticket from Marseille to Aix-en-Provence the destination he wants. It makes as much sense as someone wanting to travel from Duluth to Minneapolis by train, but having to go from Duluth to Albert Lea AND THEN to Minneapolis on TWO SEPARATE TRAINS. Furthermore, for further evidence of the lack of attention to detail, the itinerary CONTINUOUSLY misspells a destination city THREE DIFFERENT WAYS. One of the ways is an entirely different city near SPAIN – so I hope to god that he doesn't get transferred to the Spanish border instead of the town he needs to be at...all because of this laziness. I look forward to posting further updates on this trip – good or bad. And I hope they are good. At the moment, I'm closer to imploring every person who reads these reviews to never even consider going with "Your Travel Agency."
After using your travel for about 20 years they wouldn't help with making arrangements on booking our cruise off a cruise credit from a previous cruise. They said they wouldn't get a commission on the booking which was quit more then the voucher we had. When I booked everything myself which was very easy I asked the agent at Norwegian cruise if the travel agencymy travel would have made a commission off the cruise even with the voucher they said yes. Now I'm glad I booked by myself, by doing so and booking the flight through the cruise line I saved quite a considerable amount of money so for this I would like to thank your travel for making this possibly for not helping us with that cruise or any further crises. Oh by the way we go on a land tour or a cruise almost every year you do the math on how much we have spent with your travel,.
