YourWay Jewelry is a Family Owned & Operated business est. in 2006 under the name of The Charmlady & in 2012 we added YourWay Jewelry to our product line. We are located in Princeton, WV and we have had a mobile store on wheels since 2007. We setup in different locations but every Friday we are setup in Princeton on Staffers Drive Directly across the street from Long John Silvers 12-5:30. We gladly show jewelry by appointment during the week. Just Me to make arrangements and we would be glad to accommodate your jewelry needs.

Return/Exchange Policies:
Complete Customer Satisfaction is what we strive for. We want every Customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
We will replace or repair damaged/broken jewelry within 90 days of purchase. We Do Not offer cash refunds. Damage of jewelry must be damage that occurs through no fault of the customer.
We will gladly exchange unworn/unused jewelry within 30 days of purchase. We do understand that some items are purchased as gifts and may need exchanged, BUT we ask that the merchandise be in new condition which means unworn. We Do Not and Will Not sell used jewelry. We owe ALL of our customers the same respect and no one would want to purchase a piece that has been worn when they are purchasing it under the assumption that it is Brand New. So upon return the item will be inspected and We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item shows signs of wear. So we ask that you be completely honest with us.
Care of Your Jewelry:
YourWay Jewelry sales only top quality materials. But like with other Jewelry we have to care for and respect our pieces. Please apply ALL beauty products and allow them to dry before putting on you Jewelry. Certain Brands of Body Sprays and Lotions can cause discoloration of metals so by allowing them to dry it can cut down on the risk of this happening. Treat your Jewels with respect!!! Do not submerse your Jewelry in any type of jewelry cleaner or water BUT do clean your pieces regularly with a simple Jewelry Cloth that can be purchased at local department store. All jewelry needs cleaned just from everyday wear so don’t let you Crystals lose their SpArKle!!!
