Although some of the drivers have bad attitudes all the time, which in my own opinion is unacceptable, the majority of the drivers are pleasant with good attitudes. The prices are good for rides, but I can't ignore the fact that some drivers have bad attitudes and will not do their job and hold buses when they know they are late and it always happens on the route 4 Monday through Friday late at night especially around 9:45 p.m. that's why although I do have more frequent good experiences, the bad ones earn them 3 stars instead of 4 or 5
The security guard down here is a big joke he acts like he's the real cop

For as busy as it it it is relatively clean and safe, and the staff are polite, patient, and helpful.
