Came for the Indian food. Got there at 10:15. The smells were incredible! Punjabi trucker waiting in front of me, I asked if they were open, he said yes. He was given his food to go then they told me they don't open until 11. Something not right here. Feels like they brought their cast system to this truck stop... Am I an unmentionable?
A great truck stop. The food offerings were delicious, the wide variety of drinks was great. The staff was friendly. The massage chairs were a bonus, The bathrooms were clean. Even have a seating area inside. Don't know the details, but plenty of trucks parked outside staying the night.
Fuel is some of the most expensive in the area. At 6:30am, they didn't have any hot breakfast items available for purchase. They didn't even have donuts here. As a construction worker, we often grab breakfast while we're fueling up on our way to a jobsite. Seems unsual for a truck stop not to have any thing. Is this normal? Do you ever hot food in the morning? Like breakfast burritos or sandwiches?
I was glad to be able to pee and would have left a great review. With 4 customers in the store and 2 cashiers they shut down a register and started counting. Said we couldn't make a purchase for 10 minutes because of 1 cashier counting their drawer. The other cashier refused to wait on anyone other than truckers... which there was only 1. Not waiting 10 minutes to buy drinks, snacks, and ciggs. DONT STOP IN AROUND 11PM
The truckstop is fine, clean. But the damn truck drivers park in the fuel islands and go inside, use the restroom, order food. All without fueling. It’s impossible to fuel your truck here in any decent amount of time because of lazy drivers.
Well day staff is wonderful but the women on the night staff are out of control. I have been treated very badly and watched the lady's treat customers very disrespectful .Wayne is actually awesome. He's the night supervisor. If you have any issues he is very professional and will gladly help you and take care of the issue. Over all don't expect to have a good visit at night with the night shift .You're better off going in during the day time .The staff is very pleasant and make you feel welcomed. The night staff has "NEW SECURITY" that acts very obnoxious and profiles people that aren't doing anything wrong. I have seen her yell across the store for her employee to watch certain individuals . Very un professional.she even goes in in her day off to harass customers like she is the owner of the store . Just because someone looks a certain way doesn't mean they are stealing.
Great fuel prices, and it is easy to navigate the parking lot with a 40+ foot trailer! I was confused about their 99% Bio-mass fuel, so I had to Google if I could use it in my Ram Cummins with DEF. It turns out Bio-mass is different than Bio-diesel, and is safe for my truck. I enjoyed the $1 per gallon savings compared to the other stations in town.
The gas station part was great but the Chinese food was awful!!! The noodles and chicken was passable but the beef and shrimp dishes were uneatable!! I'm hoping I'm not goin to be sick from trying them - I'm not sure if it was just bad meat or if they had been sitting out all day. Buy their fuel but eat somewhere else!
Only gave then a 1 star bc that place smells so bad of curry and I hate that smell it bothers my nose. Nothing else to really say good or bad about that place.
I went to get shower around 9:30 pm. She said all showers are dirty come back around 11 pm. I was just wondering there were 2 staff members none of them showed interest to clean atleast one shower. They were expecting one more employee to do this job who was coming around 11 . They weren’t busy either. But yes one of them was busy to talk with friend who came to eat dinner in restaurant. They don’t want to work but they want to run this truck stop under pilot or flying J Logo .
