Yuki

This establishment has really good hibachi, but honestly, the price is outrageous ‍ I can go to a bigger town and get better hibachi cheaper. However, the service here has always been very great, and the hibachi is good. It's the only Japanese food available in Bainbridge, so unless you want to make a 45+ minute drive, this is what you get. I got 2 combination hibachi plates and 2 spring rolls for $43.

I cannot believe this. I just had to pull this piece of metal/steal from my throat that was cooked into my chicken. I called the restaurant back and barley able to speak, tasting the blood in my mouth, told the lady what happened, she placed me on hold and came back to offer me a free plate or credit for another plate for next time because, “she doesn’t know how that could’ve happened”. Smh! I was not seeking free food I wanted to bring to their attention there is something in the food!! This looks like a piece of those metal scrub cleaning things that u clean your stove with etc. I am not interested in eating there anymore. I am so disappointed right now and my throat is burning because it is cut.

I'll keep this simple and let you take from this what you will. I ordered a place for my Way Better Half and id like to start off with the food was as consistent, quick, and as good as it always is. It's changed a little since the new owners took over. Food was a little dry compared to previous visits.Food: 4/5

The food is consistently good but so is the rude, unprofessional, unfriendly customer service. I really wish that someone would come in and give them some competition. Maybe that would make them appreciate their loyal customers. The young girl always acts as if she is doing me a favor. I don't expect a full on conversation but at least a smile and a thank you. I have been ordering from them since the day they opened in the mall parking lot and it has always been this way. At least when they were serving in doors, the wait staff was nice and friendly.

Good food, just hard to understand from 6 feet away. Vegetarian options: Broccoli, sweet carrots

Absolutely delicious. I got the shrimp and chicken teriyaki with the carrots and fried rice. Everything was hot fresh and delicious. The service was so fast. Thanks, Yuki.

The food is always bomb here! It's also fast! The whole restaurant is immaculately clean and I'm always checking too lol. I read other reviews saying how rude they are etc etc but tbh I personally have NEVER experienced this... They've always been very professional... We've been eating from yukis since they first came to Bainbridge a long long time ago when they were in the mall parking lot where taco bell is now. They haven't been around that long and have bad food lol!

Love their fried wings, rice w/veggies and carrots. I have 2 complaints: 1 It's so hard to get a call through to place your order and 2 They're closed on Saturdays! Once you get through to place your order, the food is ALWAYS worth the wait. Love it!

Every time I visit Yuki, it’s with the hopes that the customer service will improve. Even though the customer service is consistently horrible, the food is normally decent. My last visit both the food and the customer service were horrible. They are definitely not interested in hearing the customer’s concerns or attempting to correct any problems with your order. The daughter is always rude and tonight I got a glimpse of the mother’s rudeness. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s the entitlement for me and lack of appreciation for the customer.
