Mari Noel, NP. Is an amazing person. I really like the staff and nurses. I have had a good experience everytime I take my grandchildren for their care. Everyone is friendly and caring.
We’ve been really happy with the care we’ve received from Dr. Deckey and Dr. Noel. Both are friendly, professional, and take the time to listen. We’ve never felt rushed through an appointment. The nurses have also been very patient and gentle with our baby. Wellness exams are great but it can be difficult to have your child seen here for a sick visit. It’s rare to get anyone on the phone or the nurse line Maybe their phone tree just needs updating. In the past we’ve also been told by the scheduling person not in office there was a two month wait even for a sick visit and we were forced to take our son to urgent care instead for something minor. Not all urgent care offices will treat young infants and it can be more costly/not always covered the same by insurance. We’re facing the same dilemma a second time which is pretty frustrating.
Unbelievably unprofessional. Call it miscommunication, under staffed or what you will. Medicine is medicine, I have maintained a positive and patient view with this clinic and every time my son's are scheduled for vaccines the nurses march in with the wrong information of doses or reason why we are there with an attitude. The last time I was there June, 2022, the nurse rushes in naming his annual check up and named off unknown needed vaccines. Very confused I said "no, that's not why we are here" and corrected her. As I tried to explain what I was told by the front office and manager the previous two times and reason for scheduling, we were there for a very specific periodical vaccine. She insisted I was wrong with an attitude very unprofessional. Yet again I asked to speak to the office manager in which she said "ok", comes back and tells me "the manager is in a zoom meeting and unavailable so I can leave or call later". I asked to speak to a Dr, or I can wait until the manager was available. She sends another nurse in, in which I explained everything. The second nurse told me the same thing... Ok, so miscommunication somewhere again, no biggie let's figure it out without having to waste my time or theirs and being shood away. I asked her to kindly print out the vaccine history my son has I had left my copy at home and didn't think I would go through this again she returned with it in hand. Second nurse says, "ok you're right he does need the vaccine you scheduled him for, but he also needs etc., etc. vaccines and his annual checkup. However he can't have his annual check up until after July because he just had one last July and so we have to wait a full year" Did not receive a courteous call from the office manager for this visit as mentioned I would, before leaving. What is this? A fast food drive thru or Medical Care? This center needs better communication, practice, professionalism, and consistent training / education. Not to the mention the letter I have just received in the mail in regards to my children's "Ransomeware Incident" "the data involved varied based on the individual, but included your child's name, and at least one or more of the following: Social security number, health insurance identification number, demographic information, and/or limited medical information related to your child's care. Your child's electronic medical record was not involved during this incident" Oh ok, thanks...Steer clear!
Lady stopped me and my wife at the door looked me dead in my eyes and said “one parent only now” I sat down then proceeded to watch numerous couples with their baby walk in through that same door. I would say only two or three nurses check your baby properly and the rest give you dirty looks and attitude, I’ve noticed the lady’s in the front are very rude unless you catch them early in the morning.
I was a patient here growing up. When I grew up and had a child of my own I decided to make this his primary and I still love the service there. The office staff is friendly and informative. The nurses do very well with children. I think I've been given maybe 4 or 5 dif doctors in the past 5yrs of my child going here and I will say they all do a good job. They all answer questions or concerns that I as a parent have had. They make good recommendations and are pleasant to be around.
Dr. Sison was amazing. She was attentive and personable and very kind. Her attention to detail was much appreciated and her ability to listen and let me know I was heard meant so very much. My son was calm and receptive to her care, she helped him feel safe and comfortable. *Her assistive staff were also very kind and professional.
This pediatrics clinic has been very good to our family. Our children love each and every doctor that we have seen. The front desk workers and phone operators have been very pleasant to work with. They are very punctual when we arrive and my husband and I need something for our kids. Overall, we love this place and we're grateful that our neighbor referred them to us.
I thought that after my last couple visits a review was due. My boys see Dr. Crawford and he is great. Super personable, attentive and very knowledgeable. The front office staff is completely rude, unprofessional, and flat out annoying. I would give them a ZERO start review to them directly if I could. Something needs to be done. They need to get new, friendly staff, or have better training. I swear every time I have to deal with one of them it puts me in a bad mood. So if you want good care you must deal with office front staff.
Dr. Malhotra was able to see us at a very short notice. she covered all our questions and took the time to explain everything for our new born. Very happy with our first visits...
I was very happy that the clinic was able to get my son in quickly. He had one day with fever, some short of breath from his asthma, stomach pain with a lot of vomiting and headaches. The doctor comes in for less than 5 mins, does a routine hear the lungs and check the ears and throat. And tells me there is nothing wrong. Really!!!!! So why all the symptoms. Dont think i will be going back to that doctor.
