Being the mother of four sons, you can imagine all the cooking that was going on in my kitchen. From home made pizza and my signature lasagna to chocolate Biscotti. Every night at the dinner table there were hungry children with happy faces anticipating what new recipe mom had cooked up. If they really liked what I had made, they would say "Mom, this one's a keeper". After many years of cooking and working in many different fields of business, I found a job doing what I love the most, cooking! I experienced an epiphany when my youngest son, Domenick said "Mom, finally you are doing something you are REALLY good at". Little did I realize that was the planting of the seed for the idea of this wonderfully welcoming business,
