Terrible customer service. I ordered the Omni Chandelier for nearly $900 and it arrived with missing parts and illegible instructions. My electrician had already installed it, so to avoid the cost of uninstalling and reinstalling a new chandelier, I called the store to let them know and asked that the missing parts be sent and understandable instructions. Jeremy, the assistant manager I spoke with, asked me to take pictures and email to him, which I did, and he’d contact customer service. It’s been nearly a month and I haven’t heard a resolution. I’ve called back twice and Jeremy is impatient and unhelpful. He says he’s done all he can and is passing blame onto customer service for not responding. He has no empathy for my negative customer experience. My issue is still unresolved and this is unacceptable. Their store lacks leadership and accountability. Avoid ordering anything from this store; you cannot trust what you paid for will be delivered if/when you don’t receive what you paid for, their leadership and lacks the willingness to correct their deliver mistakes and gets rude with the customer when they ask for resolution.
BEWARE, this place has great furniture, the prices are ok, but customer service is absolutely terrible!!!!!!! Managers are clueless and sales people will lie to you to make you buy. I bought some furniture over 3 months ago supposedly at 0% interest because I was using my zgallerie credit card first mistake 3 months after I’m paying interest and still don’t have my furniture!!!! The delivery person emailed me to make the delivery on a week day when I specifically asked for the furniture to be delivered on the weekend. The delivery person NEVER replied to my emails or called me. When I called the “manager” of the store, he told me I was supposed to call the delivery guy who has never replied one of my emails and that he was simply not available on the weekends or on Friday which my husband was going to take off for the delivery said worthless “Manager” was rude and condescending, which I found extremely disrespectful. I finally asked him to cancel my order, because it’s ridiculous that I’m paying for something for 3 months and still don’t have it!!!!
The customer service is really bad and they dont even know what they do with their shipping information. The customer service never picks up your call nor do they answer any questions on the product that you already purchased when you call their store. The store people when they answer the call dont know any damn thing.This rating is a forceful 1. i would even give any rating to this damn store. Would never recommend any one.
The store had 2 days left before closing. I doubt this review will do any good, but the stock was always overpriced for the quality in my opinion.
Upscale furniture accesory store with very nice items! Somewhat pricey so be prepared!
Overpriced, they have many of the same items at Home Goods for FAR less. Quality is just average so I don't get why they charge so much.
Great for a look see. Lots of ideas, and unique merchandise; however, everything is WAY overpriced.
