I have never seen service worse. The sellers said that all the furniture made in America, but when we brought everything home we saw that everything made in China. We returned the console and returned it immediately with delivery guys. The store cannot return our money to us, they said that we need to solve this problem with the customer service. But customer service does not work at all!!! I was with them on the line for more than an hour !!! No one answered and didn’t call back. I called them 6 times. I think we need to hire a lawyer and return our money for the console through the courts. This is despite the fact that we bought furniture for 8 thousand dollars!!! The staff is very rude and unpleasant. We had so bad experience with Z Gallery. And we still having this!!! Nobody try to help us from Z Gallery!!! For furniture made in China, 8 thousand dollars is very expensive. But we want to return our money only for the console, which we returned !!! This is only 660 dollars. P.S. Manager couldn’t do anything, Only the saleswoman recently helped us and she did everything to return the money to us. Why is there a manager if she can't do anything? And she has such an attitude that I don’t want to deal with her at all.

I love shopping at Z Gallerie! This Z Gallerie is a bit different it's located in a tourist type area where a lot of tourists come for shopping and restaurants. There are two levels at this Z Gallerie, it is fully stocked. With canvas pictures, furniture, tons and tons of accessories, books, lighting, dishes Etc. This Z Gallerie seem to have a lot of different items that some of the other Z Gallerie doesn't carry. It is extremely business. The parking structure is located down the street, it's a public parking structure you do pay to park there. Some street parking is available, if you are extremely lucky. They accept all major credit cards as well as cash. The customer service is excellent, the employees are very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the products that they carry there. The employees will help you find whatever you are looking for. It's an extremely busy store and fun for people watching.

Best selection of contemporary furniture, Great home accents, and a variety of modern and sleek pictures and vases. Prices are a bit on the higher end, but quality is at its best. I love this store and I’m sure once you walk in you will understand why.

Best thing about Z Galleria is that it falls exactly in the middle range of furniture market. The designs are exciting and look expensive. The store looks pricy only till the point you look around other furniture stores, than they actually seem quite reasonable unless you want to go with plane IKEA stuff. Minus one star for periodical chaos of the floor items

I like this store. The selection is a little flashy but it's fun. I like their selection of inexpensive wall art and Lots of accessories. I got a really great wingback bed on sale.

Apparently good merchandise apparently once you order they are clueless when or where it is coming from. we have a rug shipped from somewhere on the 16th but they have no idea where it was shipped from or when it will come. Sort of crazy i would say service bleahhh if it matters to you forget shopping there.

We Love this store and Inga is Fantastic! We have visited frequently and every time she gives us first class personal service . Ask for Inga .

I was scammed for $788.28 i ordered the leaning mirror and it came defected and i contacted customer service 10 times with pictures of the faulty mirror and they DO NOT ANSWER!
