I've had better pizza at 7-11. Literally the only reason to eat here is if you're totally wasted after bar hopping around RVC all night and just want something in your stomach besides beer at 3 in the morning. Arguably the worst pizza on Long Island.
The pizza was very salty. Guy on the phone became very rude with me when I tried asking for a refund. Started using profanity of all sorts. It is not my fault that they are serving people blocks of salt. Should’ve really looked at the reviews before ordering here because if you look all the reviews are talking about the same thing. Oh
Be very careful chewing! My man suggested that we get our sausage pizza delivered from here on Uber Eats one night and I’ve never tried it before so I was excited to try a new place. Everything was fine and fairly delicious until I was just chewing my pizza and all of a sudden my front tooth bit down on what felt like a piece of metal and my front tooth cracked right in half! My dentist billed insurance but I still had to pay around $400 for a partial crown/veneer to be made. Now I am extra careful when chewing everything because I never though eating pizza would break my tooth. I stayed in the house Sunday, and got it fixed Monday but if I did have to go out at least we wear masks now. So be very careful if you get sausage pizza. It was probably a piece of bone, I was too upset to search through my chewed food for long.
Ordered here tonight through DoorDash and it was an absolute nightmare. My order was for a few speciality slices and pretzel garlic knots. I received plain ice cold, old, stale slices and plain old, stale garlic knots. My boyfriend called the restaurant directly and tried explaining the situation. The “manager” if he even really is the manager, because I can’t comprehend how someone with so little customer service skills could manage anything immediately is rude and cuts him off, yelling “Hold up hold up hold up, I have an order here for 4 plain slices and plain garlic knots.” Maybe in 2002 when you call in your order can you get away with that...but I had a receipt from DoorDash that clearly showed what I ordered AND paid for. The “manager” didn’t want to hear it, made no efforts to offer any semblance of customer service, nothing. He was rude and condescending. Nobody was trying to pull a fast one—we just wanted the food we ordered and paid for. I really don’t know what’s more disgusting: the way they speak to patrons or the food. Absolutely never again. Dominos also offers late night pizza and doesn’t speak to the people giving them business like dirt. PS: The 1 star is only because there’s no other option. If I could give -50 stars I would.
Came here earlier today around 6pm. didnt ask the guys name but prior to walking in he was on the cell phone, .. he did not greet me or anything which was alright . but then proceeded to touch my pizza without even washing his hands ... I asked if he could wash his hands please and he looked very disoriented and asked me "why" ..... I then had to remind him of the germs that are on the cellphone .. the guy then sprinkled water on his hands and touched the pizza rightt away.. I wanted to walk out but I'd already driven 20minutes for vegan pizza . Wish I got this guys name but I will never come back here again.
Good pizza and I can always count on it being open late at night after work. It's a little oily, but that happens everywhere so I let it drip. They sometimes don't have any of the pizza peppers and late at night you might or might not get a chair. 2 tables of four & two high stools.
It's fine for a late night pizza place after you've had some drinks but that's about it. I'd never go in there in the mid afternoon for a slice and I think they recognize this as I don't believe they are open until well after noon, which is when solid pizzerias would be open.
I am DEADLY allergic to dairy, I have an Epi pen, inhaler for wheezing & more etc. I specifically ordered a vegan pizza, vegan calzones with vegan sauce...vegan everything; you get the point. The guy made and sent a DAIRY pizza and vegan calzones with no vegan cheese. Thankfully my best friend was with me & carefully inspected and noticed that it was not safe for me! We called him to ask and make sure we weren’t wrong. He admitted he didn’t pay attention or read the ticket, even though this is the manager/boss man that runs this establishment. He told us to eat it...we told him we couldn’t because I would die so he said “is there anyone in the house that can eat it?” We told him no. He was just trying to get out of refunding us. He told us we had to make another order & pay for it! Again! Never eating here ever
Would give them negative 5 stars if I could. Order a pie 1/2 PLAIN 1/2 sausage and peppers. Amount other things. They sent a pie that was 1/2 peppers, 1/2 sausage. Which with the app I guess could be confusing and i work in the industry so i get it. All i wanted was a plain pie to make things better. so I called and tried to be very understanding. I even offered to pick it up. They only offered to give me 1/2 of a pie, even though my whole pie was ineatable. when I tried to politely explain how no one I was with could eat the pizza as is they were EXTREMELY rude. Will never order from them again the only reason I did in the first place was bc they were literally my only option. Now I would rather go to bed hungry.
What kind of a business don’t even pick up their phone ? And when they do , they’re very disrespectful w/ the way they talk to they’re customers. Never going here again , a lot of better pizzerias out there than this junk . They don’t deserve to be in the hub of Rockville Centre .if I could give them a 0 i would .
