Michael G. Zaim
Michael G. Zaim is the founder of the Zaim Law Firm and focuses his practice on personal injury cases including, but not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, premises liability cases, dog bites, as well as wrongful death cases.
Attorney Zaim also has successfully represented business owners seeking alcohol licenses before the Lowell License Commission as well as representing establishments for alleged violations of their licenses to sell alcohol.
Attorney Zaim earned his Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law in 1994 and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in 1987.
Attorney Zaim was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar as well as the United States District Court in 1994 and is a member of the Greater Lowell Bar Association.
Brian P. Durkin
Brian P. Durkin has been with the Zaim Law Firm since its inception. The focus of his practice is personal injury cases including, but not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability cases, dog bites, as well as wrongful death cases.
Attorney Durkin earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2005 and his Bachelor of Science Degree from Boston College in 2002.
Attorney Durkin was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November of 2005 and is presently a member of the Greater Lowell Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Nicole Choate-DeRosa
Nicole M. Choate has been with the Zaim Law Firm since July 2012. Nicole practices real estate including, but not limited to, closings for lenders, buyer and/or seller representation, short sales and document preparation.

Nicole is a Title Agent in New Hampshire allowing her to conduct Real Estate Transactions in New Hampshire.
Ashley O'Neill
Ashley L. O'Neill began her career with the Zaim Law Firm as a legal intern in August of 2015, while obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. She assisted in all aspects of file preparation, coordination of benefits, and as a client liaison.
Ashley graduated from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in January of 2016 and will be sworn in as a member of the Massachusetts Bar in June. The focus of Ashley’s practice will be handling personal injury claims as well as real estate transactions.
