Zait Bistro is the love child of husband and wife team, Chef Sammy Zait and Lizzy Zait. In the early 2015, homesick for the favorite street food of Beit Jala, they heard of a tiny store front available on quiet Terra Vista Village in Rancho Cucamonga and decided to open their own Mediterranean Grill. Relying on his years of international cooking experience as well as his roots, Sammy created a menu centered around street food with a gourmet twist. The freshness and quality of the ingredients coupled with Sammy's spin on traditional flavors give new meaning to the concept of fast food.
