I first went in there to order a class ring and they said I had to order it it online and was not really any big help. I decided to give them another try and me and my husband went in and purchase new wedding ring sets. They really did not help us much but we found the set that we liked and purchased it. WhenWhen we went to go pick up the Rings they pretty much just handed us the Rings did not ask us any questions if they fit if we need a bag for him or anything and was too busy attending one other customer three sale reps.

they can not make a strait forward transaction. I made a transaction to include the entire balance of my purchase and now i get mail saying I owe 10$ then 20$ for a late fee. They like to play games and can not perform an uncomplicated transaction. The transaction fee in billed and expected for a later transaction. I spoke with several people on the phone and made contact with the Texas attorney general. Great way to lose customers is over 10$ then a bunch of late fees.

We bought trio set, but the lady seemed not too interested in helping and I assumed that since a purchase was made, I would have at least have received the box that came with them. Online service is worse. Bit sure I'll be returning soon.
