Kita was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She helped by being my 4th set of eyes and didn’t even bat an eye when I was being extremely indecisive about which ring I was going to get to replace my original one! I’m so happy with my decision and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her!!
Until last, it was the first time I went to Zales. I've gotten jewelry from them but never physically have gone in myself. I was greeted by Angel, she had the most welcoming presence. I told her the ring I had gotten didn't fix and she was on top it. She had my resized and out of the door in no time. Today when I came back to pick up my ring. She was with another customer but she remembered me and greeted me. The staff as a whole was superb but being remembered made me feel like I was VIP. Thank you!
VeKita has superb customer service. She took the time to make sure my wedding band matched my engagement ring and that I was happy with the overall look. She also made sure to resize my engagement ring which had previously been sized incorrectly. I was very impressed with the time she took to make sure all my needs were met. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back!

I called and asked if they have, and the cost of, 3/4 carat natural certified diamond studs in white gold. I explained i live 1 hour away and thats why i was calling. First, I was asked if I looked online. When I said online doesn't show what the color and clarity are, she looked, found a pair, and said the color and clarity are i1. I said ok, what is the color? She said frustrated that IS the color AND clarity. I is the color and 1 is the clarity. I said ok and hung up because I didn't want to frustrate her anymore. Called the zales in Raleigh and the lady there was so helpful and actually knows what she is talking about so I will be going to Raleigh to purchase the studs.
Vekita was so amazing to work with! I needed help finding a present for my niece's graduation and she found just the right necklace!
