Staff is fantastic and helpful. Spent a lot of money in this store and I’m giving it 2 stars because of the manager. She significantly lacks soft skills when dealing with customers. Very controlling speaker with a nonchalant way of just speaking down to you. It’s almost as if I’m the problem when I came in to get my repair without an appointment which I’ve never had before. There was one client being serviced by an employee and no one else in the store. She said if she could “get to me it would be about 15 mins.” I walked out and said I’ll go book an appointment. I left and booked an appointment at 5pm and wanted her to take the appointment so I could tell her she significantly lacks soft skills. Too bad she already left work when I came back. Won’t buy from here if I have to deal with her. Just a waste of time for a repair that honestly wasn’t a great repair. The princess Disney necklace wasn’t even straight. Double strike.
Mrs. Martha did an amazing job helping me and my girlfriend find the perfect ring for her. She was very knowledgeable and made the entire experience easy which was comforting because we had no clue what to expect.

Just went in for my biannual diamond inspection.. I was unaware that Zales started doing inspections by appointment this year, so when I went in, I did not have one; however, the sales associates were so nice. Renee took care of me even though they were fully booked and had an event in store she was so courteous and kind I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy jewelry because they don’t just make a sale they take care of you for a lifetime.

My boyfriend and I came in for a necklace repair and we were greeted by Martha, who was so sweet and happy to help us! She was wonderful!
Wonderful experience today with Martha! She took her time and helped me find the best piece to fit what I want! She was so patient and helped me find a ring within my budget! Great service!
