It's a super place to go to get beautiful jewelry. I purchased a lovely bracelet as Christmas gift. Somewhere along the way home that evening I lost the receipt and warranty papers and it was to late to go back that night. I worried about it all night. Then the next morning I returned to the store and went in to explain what happened and the lady said there's no problem and looked it up and made me perfect copies of everything. They were so helpful threw everything from the time I was there to my return to get copies. I'm so glad I choose their store. I will always go there for everything, thank you so much you made everything so easy. Keep up the excellent work.
My husband and I were looking for a new wedding set for myself and the lady that was helping us with this purchase was extremely helpful and nice. She listened to us how how much we wanted to spend on the wedding set and showed us different styles and different rings. And the ring we picked out she sized my finger and showed us exactly what we were paying for and what the warranty would cover. I’m extremely happy with my experience with Zales.
Don’t buy from this place. They will give you a price on something one day and raise it 20 percent the next as if their cost on it changed all the sudden. I bought a ring one day and wanted another but wasn’t sure which one to get yet. When I came back with my decision they decided the price on their phone calculator and it was way higher than the prior price I was given. Working on commission is on thing but that is just bad business.
Pretty rings. Just people who think they’re better than you if you’re not walking in. Asked about moissanite and was told no one around here has it but maybe JCPenney, I thanked them and walked across to Helzberg; where they had an amazing selection, better customer service and overall better vibe. Had many beautiful moissanite rings and even helped us out. So if you’re thinking of coming here I would recommend to dress super nice or just walk over to Helzberg
Bought a beautiful replacement bridal set! Staff were professional and pleasant! Excited to get it back after sizing!
Do not waste your time. Joplin Zales has been the worst experience. They are fudging their way around giving us a refund. Management and staff is awful. Horrible people skills. Great and getting you to buy something. Horrible at getting something fixed. Do not go. I bought this ring in December. It fell apart. Diamonds fell out and the head was like butter. I got a refund and bought a new ring in July of 2020. It came in, and we didn't like it. I asked for a refund. They said we couldn't because it was based off our initial ring purchase in December. Do not go. Do not trust a word they say.
Went to get my warranty check on my ring. Friendly people and helpful staff.
Bought earrings that weren’t cheap for my wife just for them to break 2 weeks later. Apparently there’s no warranty. We have spent thousands of dollars there, but we will NEVER do business there again.
While this was your typical Zales experience, the woman working the day we went was exceptionally pushy and borederline rude. We asked for a cleaning on a ring, and she incessantly kept hounding for further information to do further things we didn't have time for. The young gentlemen however, he was an absolute delight to speak with, actually, he made this 4 stars, easily could of been 2.
Kathy and Alex did a great job assisting us in finding a great certified anniversary ring when the first one we bought didn't work for me. The rose gold Love's Destiny ring with the split shank and diamonds halfway down the band is gorgeous. Give this store a visit, you won't be sorry - they did everything right!
