Save your money and buy somewhere else. I custom made a family ring for my mom for Christmas. 3 months later a stone fell out, when my mom took it in to another jewelry store they told her that all of the prongs weren't holding the stones properly and they will have to fix the whole ring. They showed my mom up close all the flaws with the ring. Now I know why the sales lady was trying to convince me to get insurance for the ring. I am very disappointed and will ever buy from here again. I'd rather spend the extra money and go somewhere else.
Customer service went above and beyond when I brought my ring in for its resizing
