I've shopped at this location for years. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and I always find something I love to celebrate my special moments. Hava is usually my go to salesperson and she has become like family, and hugs me every time I visit! Love the personal attention my family gets when we walk in, no matter how busy the store is. went today to this location at the Willowbrook Mall to have my wife’s ring inspected and cleaned for warranty every six months. Today we had the her wedding ring broken by a zales trainee during the cleaning. Just wanted to let everyone know. The store took responsibility really hoping they can keep their promises.
Have been coming to this store for over a decade. Recently my ring lost its diamond. The staff was amazing in making sure my ring was fixed and keeping me posted on its status. Happy to have my ring back, it looks stunning Thank you Willowbrook Zales
Mani was very helpful she took the time out to help me choose the right ring not to mention she was patient i loved that I definitely recommend her if your coming to Zales Willowbrook Mall in NJ
Mani and Rosanna were extremely helpful in helping me with my engagement ring and wedding band. They were extremely patient with me and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location to anyone!
Irina helped me and girlfriend tremendously. She was very Sweet n patient. She made ifeel very special. She show us all the rings n was very helpful in our selections. I give her a 200 on a scale of 10.
I would never buy any jewerly from them, specially their insurance. They always dont find my purchase when I bring my ring for inspection. They always either change systems or they come out with an excuse you bought it online. I feel this store is the worse. When you send out your ring for repair my band was a lot thinner than before. Would not recommend noone to buy from here.
I have never had such an off putting experience with pushy sales people than I did today. It was a truly repulsive experience. Opted for Helzberg after this.
Our experience with Roseanne was AMAZING! She is incredibly helpful and informational. We left Zales feeling very satisfied Thanks to Roseanne!
