This is a awesome practice. I did my externship here as well . Everyone is always happy and willing to teach me new things. Dr Zaller is a super awesome hilarious Dentist . If you are afraid of the dentist definitely come to this office , I promise you won’t be afraid of the dentist anymore. Best chair side manner very compassionate!!!!! Have a enough patience to go around.
I took a leap of faith when coming to Dr Zaller. I had read poor reviews about his front office staff but decided to give it a shot. He is a great dentist with an amazing personality, he makes you feel comfortable and like you’re in good hands. However, his office mananger Bridgette is the reason I will never return. Although I thought I had finally found a dentist that I loved, I was charged for services not rendered and when I called back to speak with Bridgette she was very rude and nasty, she cut me off numerous times and told me that she did not have time to speak with me and that if I was going to keep asking all these questions I was going to have to be put on hold. She told me that the amount she charged me was correct and she was very adamant that she was right and I was wrong. She even went as far as to tell me to call my insurance company if I was unsure. Low and behold she called me today to let me know that she over charged me $140.00 for services I didn’t receive. I understand simple mistakes, but the fact that she was so sure that she was right and acted so arrogant makes my blood boil. Never have I dealt with someone so nasty in a professional atmosphere.
Everyone made the dental experience very comfortable. Dr. Zaller was the third dentist I saw in reference to an issue I was having and he is the only one that came up with a plan to fix it. I would definitely recommend this office of your dental needs. Thanks again to Dr. Zaller and his staff.
Pros Front Desk staff is warm and inviting . When I just needed a cleaning the hygienist was terrific. Cons: terrible toothache the first time I called for emergency call back on a Saturday at 8am 50 minutes response time . The 2nd time again on a Saturday I had to call again after 60 minutes . Dr. Lessans explained she left her phone in the other room when she went to sleep. She did not hear it . Going into the office I was expecting to see Dr.Zaller my dentist but was greeted by Dr.Lessans. A nice bed side manor but she put a bandage on my pain and said it’s a little infection setting in per X-ray keep taking the antibiotics. She said I do not see a crack from the X-ray That’s it ! I thought it would go away by itself . She was not concerned. A few weeks later I was in terrible pain . After 30 days and two emergency calls she said sorry we do not do root canals or pull molars in this practice . I immediately found a new doctor or tried to save my tooth. She started a root canal and found it was to severely cracked . My jaw was swollen as well . If she only would of told me from day one that this office did not perform these services I would of found a new dentist in a matter of hours and still have my tooth . I just would or needed a cap.I trusted them with my pain. I am very adamant about my teeth and my care of my self . The worst part is I tried calling Dr Zaller and leaving and emailing him for a call to explain my concerns . He called me back once out of 4 calls and 2 emails . No message left when he called . That goes to show you this office is not about patient care . When your in pain 50 minutes later to receive a call back after leaving a message for two dentist . I have 5 kids and never would that be satisfactory to me to call their doctor in an emergency and wait 50 minutes for a call back . I would of never left this review if Dr. Zaller would feel I was important enough to address my concerns . Instead he completely ignored me .
I have been seeing Dr Zaller forever since I was a teenager mind you I’m 45 now … he is thorough he’s has a great bedside manner.. he has made things absolutely painless for me… he is gentle and always concerned about your comfort level and always explains everything and why he wants to do what he’s asking your permission for… I don’t care what anyone says this practice is phenomenal!!!!
I moved here for my best friend and went to she’s My teeth cleaned twice. After hearing about workplace bullying I have zero tolerance for supporting a company that doesn’t support each other. I will make sure I tell everyone how unprofessional this establishment is. In today’s world, we don’t have time for such hatred, so sad.
Dr. Zaller is an amazing Dentist who truly cares about his profession and you can see his passion in his attention to his patients. He is caring and has a great way about him.
I get well taken care of every time I come to visit. Not to mention I like Zaller’s flare! Always puts me at ease and explains everything really well. Really recommend him! I’ve had great experiences with him and his staff the years I’ve been going!
I’ve been seen by Dr. Stuart for close to 10 years! He has always been that Dr. that really cares about his patients!! But most of all very EXPERIENCE! He’s extremely very meticulous about his work!! THAT MEANS A LOT!! I recommend Dr. Stuart
Small office with great staff. The dentist is very gentle and the techs do a very good job. I recommend this practice to everyone.
