Zamboanga, Bainbridge Island

I have Loved Zamboanga since the 1st day I walked in. I have also Spent 100s of dollars there in the Past 3 years including a couple of days ago I spent over $100.00. Sadly one of the outfits just wasnt fitting right so I ran it back to return it for a store credit. On that note..... Very " Rudely" I was told the No Return policy on Sales, which Wasnt exsplained to me days before in a different manner and ...KINDER... My knowledge was 14 days return policy and only exchange or store credit... To this Sales person today who May have been the owner, which would be worse because of her rudeness!! It didnt Matter to her What I had to say, she shot down anything I said HARD and with no compassion or understanding !! Followed by that, I had brought in one of my OWN shirts to see If they could get the style in Brown I had one before but it had been stolen The kind Sales person days before said to bring it in and they likely could Find something or something like it... Well..... Before I could Even unfold the Top for her to SEE what it looked like, I was Once again being Rudely TOLD NO, as I was trying to explain about the other sales person, she again shut down anything I had to say. Where was the kindness, the attention you give to your customer, she could have even nicely said ""I'm so Sorry , there not available anymore but Maybe we can find something like it..."" But NO , nothing.. I will be honest in saying , this whole event totally caught me off guard, I was a Loss for words at the end of this situation that literally lasted only a few minuses!!! I was angry but Also more Hurt. I didnt deserve Any of her unkindness!! I entered the store smiling and left it confused and when I got into the car I was alittle numb and in tears. I totally understand Policy.... even though it wasnt what I believed it to be heck the outfit would have been tried on if I knew it was No returns policy !! BUT to pretty much Be Shut Down from the the moment I said Smiling ...Good morning.... This Was Just SO SAD AND WRONG. To the point I likely Will Not return and will pass this along to all my family and friends that I have recommended Zamboanga too!! . ** everyone has a bad day.... But one thing I was taught Decades ago.... You Never bring it to work with you....***
