I hope that this store will have more modest clothing. Only during fall time I can find something. I am from Europe and love European looking clothing which is so hard to find in Utah. However, I wish there would be more choices for me. Their online store needs to do better at notifying customers if their items are out of stock. I ordered pants and was very excited to get them. However, after about two weeks I learned by contacting their customer service that I will not receive my pants. I truly hope that Zara will not be closed as it is the only European looking affordable store. They just need to improve.

We are looking for the item and we ask Associate can you help me find the item plz  she was so rude. She walked away and I asked her name she denied her given name I don’t I cannot give you no my name she’s so rude. She said yes I am the manager. I don’t know who make her manager but she cannot help customer service key. She cannot give her name. She’s so rude and walk out.wit Out answer the question Customer.

I was charged twice for the same exact item. Now I have to spend my Saturday going back to the dreaded mall and wait in line for 15 minutes just to speak with the manager so they can review the transaction and footage from yesterday.  Way to go Zara. Way to ruin my day because of the inaccuracy and lack of competence from your employee. Guy was super nice, but that doesn’t change the fact that this error is putting me out on my weekend after I spent $700 in your store. Extremely poor customer experience.  I will be updating this review after my experience with the manager.

Had a real poor experience today!  This same coat was with a €49 euro tags when I scan it automatically converted to dollars and it become $96!!!  I went back to the same rack 2 times and here is the price in American Dollar!  They should have the prices in American dollar since we are in the United States !

Today at Zara, it was a bit hectic with the crowds for the sale. A sales associate named Kaylee was a rockstar helping me out with my nieces. We found the cutest pieces thanks to her assistance. Thank you! I haven’t shopped here before but I will in the future if the rest of the team is even half as helpful.

Had a terrible experience here last weekend. I came into the store, looking for a dress that I had tried on the day before and regrettably did not end up buying.  So I came back the next day drove 30 minutes.  I asked an associate if she would be able to check if they still had it in my size,  to which she responded “we’re actually really busy today so we aren’t doing size checks. It’s just whatever we have on the floor.” I thought it was a little bit strange since I’ve never gotten a response like that before but I just said OK that’s fine I understand, because to be fair, there was a lot of back to school shopping going on. However, as soon as she turned around another woman asked her to size check a pair of jeans for her and she immediately said yes, and came back a few minutes later to let her know that they did not have the size that she was looking for.  I’m not sure if this was a race thing, considering that I am Hispanic, and the woman that I asked was white or if she perhaps thought I would handle a “no” better than the other women. However, I have shopped at Zara for years and never had an experience like this previously so this put a completely bad taste in my mouth in regards to the company culture of this particular store.

We returned a outfit our daughter received for her birthday. We had a gift receipt.  We asked the cashier to give us a store credit so we could get the size we needed and some tops. She put it back on the my sister in laws credit card. We said how does that help us? Now we have to call her and tell her we returned her  present and could we get the cash. WHAT is the purpose of the gift receipt. The WORST part is she honestly told us OH WELL not my problem. My parents were with me and we all couldn’t believe it. We asked to see a manager and she told us she wouldn’t get her. We respectfully stood there until she did . The manager came out and told us tough luck. We were shocked!! Fashion Place Mall Utah.   I’m sure corporate headquarters would be appalled:

I was berated by the fitting room employee for not putting the clothes back on the hangers. I will note I handed them to her politely and said they didn’t fit. She told me next time I needed to put hangers back on the clothes. The last time I checked you don’t tell your customers what to do. I’m not getting paid to work for Zara. I’m really shocked this is how they train there staff.  Literally awful service.

This place has great style and great clothes! The prices are good too. The service was amazing and the staff very helpful. We will be shopping here again in the future. If you haven't checked it out yet you deserve to stop in. They have a great selection of men's and women's clothing. My teen boys love the clothes here.

Clothes aren’t that cute. All the clothes kind of feel the same. Not great private browsing. Pretty pricey. The clothing racks are pretty short.
