I had a fabulous experience working with the ladies at Zoya's! I wore Suzanne Neville's "Alouette" dress and it was perfect for my body and personality. Elegant, no frills. I really appreciated that the team had me back for alterations four different times - the transformation between fitting 1 and fitting 4 was just incredible. They truly have an eye for every detail and care about making you look perfect. I also love that they are a woman-owned business and NOT a commericalized bridal place. I really think a local business is the way to go for your wedding day. 10 out of 10 experience! Thank you to everyone I worked with!

I shopped all over the East Coast and Zoya’s has the best Suzanne Neville collection by far! They are experts on her dresses and if you have your eyes on one, I wouldn’t purchase it from anywhere else. Amy and her team helped me customize an off-the-rack style to bring my vision to life, and they were patient and immensely professional throughout the process, providing invaluable accessory and alterations advising along the way. Highly recommend!

I purchased my wedding gown and accessories from Zoya’s and am so happy with the overall experience. I purchased a Suzanne Neville gown - this is definitely the place to come to in the DMV area if you are interested in SN gowns which you should be - they are amazing!. Amy was so lovely during all of my fittings and saved the day when the veil I originally planned to wear didn’t work. I was a little nervous as a plus size bride street size 16 about wedding dress shopping in general, but the Zoya’s team was great and I had no issues. I felt 100% beautiful on our wedding day.

I got the most beautiful dress and veil from Zoya's! It was tailored to perfection! Every single guest at my wedding was raving about my dress. I also purchased my accessories from Zoya. I initially was doubtful about them, but on the day I am so glad I bought them because they added the perfect touch!

Zoya’s has a wonderful selection of dresses that you cannot find in other bridal shops. The initial appointment was great and I found my dress. A big con is that you are not allowed to take photos and videos of any dresses you try on until you buy it. The previous two bridal shops I visited had no problem with photos and encouraged it so I could compare. Once my dress came in I schedule the fittings. The seamstress was great and Zoya was actually there for a few appointments and was wonderful. I will say the alterations are on the expensive side. I ended up looking great on my wedding day. However, the associate I had been working with ended up becoming increasingly opinionated and borderline rude with each additional appointment. For example, she suggested an embellished drop down earring style when I was leaning towards something simple. My third time telling her I was thinking of going with simple earrings, she told me to “be a grown woman and get drop down earrings” and that because I had a baby face, I would look like a flower girl on my wedding if I went simple. I thought this was incredibly rude thing to say to an adult woman, especially one who is about to have her wedding day. Zoya was at the appointment and I think she noticed it as well, because she laughed it off and said the associate always has strong opinions on things. Also, the associate recorded a video on how to bustle my dress so we could have it on the wedding day but never sent it to us.

I purchased my Mother of the Bride dress from Zoya’s Atelier and couldn’t be happier. The entire Zoya’s team is attentive, thoughtful, responsive and thorough. A few years back we purchased my daughter-in-law’s wedding dress at Zoya’s and was so pleased back then that when it came to shopping for my Mother of the Bride dress for our daughter’s wedding, I knew exactly where to go…Zoya’s. I purchased a Susan Neville dress; ordered it in my desired color and was so pleased with my selection. When it came to alterations, the attention to detail Zoya’s team exhibited was exceptional and unmatched. They care about the finished product and that the customer is 100% happy with their purchase..and I was, making for a perfect experience all the way around. Can’t recommend enough.

I was very nervous but excited to start my dress shopping experience. I went to Zoya's after seeing a dress online that spoke to me. Amy and the entire staff made me feel so special, comfortable and most importantly beautiful. This is the very first bridal boutique I have been and the selection of designers and gowns are incredible. I have to say I had the best fitting experience. The size of the gown was too big for me, but with the help of Amy and Doris, the gown was clipped perfectly to show all the characters. And the paired accessories are well designed and match perfectly with the gown.

After going to many other stores that made me feel rushed, judged, and hopeless, I finally discovered Zoya's and never turned back. The atelier shop is not pretentious or overwhelming - it feels like home and the quality of the dresses speak for themselves. My favorite part of working with the Zoya's team was the private appointment experience. No other clients were ever booked during my appointments before and during covid, which I really loved. It felt like I was their most important customer every time. I also loved that Zoya & Amy personally knew the designer of my dress from London, which gave me extra confidence in their professional opinions and ability to execute perfect alterations. I have already recommended Zoya's to a best friend who also happily found her dress there and will continue to encourage all brides shopping for their dream dress to put full trust in Zoya's to help with this special shopping and alterations experience. I truly felt a sense of comfort when I stepped into the boutique, and was blown away by the absolutely stunning dresses. The moment Zoya sat down with me, I knew there was something different about her - she was outrageously thoughtful and listened carefully to my style preferences. But what truly stands out about Zoya is her passion for the industry and her clients. Zoya has an impeccable eye for elegance and flare, and styles you as such with each dress, veil and accessory you try on.
