I was a little torn on this review. On one hand, the restaurant was very clean, there was an employee cleaning all tables and straightening chairs as we entered. The line was short and the cashier very helpful and friendly. The food came very fast and was hot. Do the food...the chicken fingers were hot, juicy and flavorful! However, they were cut very small compared to other locations. The french fries, though hot, obviously needed a moment longer to cook, as they were all very limp vs crunchy cringle cut fries...a moment more of cooking would have made all the difference. The same could be said for the Texas toast... basically some buttered thick-cut white bread that maybe quickly saw a toaster or grill. See Pics included. The restaurant is trying on so many levels, but needs some attention in the kitchen for food quality.
I normally have a great experience at this location. I got home to open my order of fried pickles to see they were burnt. I should have checked my food before I left; however, it is what it is. I still like this location.Food: 2/5
Love this Zaby’s! It’s clean, the staff is very professional and polite, the store is spacious and has a great atmosphere. The food is always fresh, hot, and served quickly. Parking: Lots of free parking.
Food was terrible. Went on 10/1 in the afternoon. The food tasted like a dirty fryer. The chicken club was drenched in sauce. Zaxby's used to be a good place to eat, but it's not anymore.Food: 1/5
i ordered a fried house salad with no cucumber and this is what i got. a single tender. barely any cheese. barely any fried onions and clumps of lettuce. i also asked for blue cheese and they gave me ranch. not pleased at all
Did a drive thru order. Order 2 zax snack meals and a classic club sandwich meal. One meal, the toast was so hard, we couldn't eat it. The fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. My sandwich had nothing on it but pickle. The last few times we have gotten food here it's been the same.Food: 2/5
If I could give 0 stars I would, I received a salad with a DEAD FLY in it and luckily realized it before I ate it. I’m disgusted and will never return. Food safety 101- wash your produce
I am a regular at this store. The staff is the best. Always go out of their way to make sure my chicken is well done everytime. Exceeds 5 star rating.Food: 5/5
Had to repeat order several times, seems the young lady was busy listening to someone else. Sine Zaxbys doesn't seem to season fries anymore, we always ask for extra ... one word--stingy!! See photoFood: 3/5
Thought was ok. Fried pickles are little bland, but not soggy! Actually crispy. The TLC chicken sandwich was moist and crispy. But also slightly under flavored. Not a bad price point.
