June M. Toth, CPA, CFF, CITP, CGMA has over 25 years of experience in providing accounting, attestation, and tax services to business entities, nonprofits, guardianships and estates. Services she has performed include forensic and litigation engagements for contested estates, shareholder disputes and other matters, preparation of economic damage reports, and expert witness testimony.
June enhances her technical knowledge by active participation in NJSCPA interest groups as well as performing Peer Reviews and inspections/engagement quality reviews for other CPA firms.
She is currently a member of the NJCPA Peer Review Executive Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, Accounting & Auditing Interest Group and NonProfit Interest Group. June is currently the Chair of the NJCPA PAC Board of Trustees and past, Group and Vice Group Leader of the Business Valuation/Forensic & Litigation Support Group for the NJSCPA. June is a NJ licensed CPA and received her CFF designation. She is also Certified Part 36 in NY. June has presented on various topics, including continuing education, to groups throughout NJ.
The firm successfully completed its peer review in December 2016 receiving the highest level of Pass.
