Zeal hold policy- We will hold an item or items reuested until 6pm of the day requested. If the items are not picked up or paid for, they will be placed back on the sales floor that day at closing.
Zeal return policy- Exchanges only within 14 days of the purchase. No cash refunds will be given. All items must have tags attached and have the orginal receipt. All jewelry, shoes and sale items are final sales.
