I had changed insurance companies last year. The agent whom helped me was super helpful with answering all my questions, especially since I had a ton. My 16 year old was in the process of receiving his license and I had questions to better coverage him. I also admire that my agent found a company that honored military families in which I was able to receive a discount with my plan.

I went to complete a claim and a guy there ask me to remove my jacket from the chair were I was sitting. Because I get up to make a phone call to my Allstate real agent even with only one more person in that uncomfortable office. Just looking on a very strange way pretending he was doing something on his computer. I'm lucky that is not my real agent. Woland Hills in the Toyota dealer Chris is my Agent super professional and everybody there. I give to them Five Stars.
They just nice and respectful on first day until get you to sign the papers after that they don’t care about you at all, I work with there other location for 10 years they are Great But this guy it’s not available and he’s workers are disrespectful, I try to explain the situation she cut my Conversation more than 10 times and just said whatever she wants to say I asked them simple thing to fix three times they said it’s fixed but he’s not and then I said I will complain to the Allstate about you guys she said ok like Who cares my six months pass I’m out not ganne work with people like this advise don’t go there
