Foot Reflexology
Reflexology dates back more than 3,000 years ago and has a Chinese origin, which continues to be used in the prevention and cure of many health ailments.
The principle of foot massage rests in the premise that the meridian network connects all tissues, organs and cells in our body. Each organ in the body is connected to a specific reflex point on the foot through the intermediary of 300 nerves. Reflexology is a specific massage that centers on the “reflex points” on your feet, hands, and head (especially the ears).
This is one of the best modalities to give your mind a vacation while your whole body receives a wonderfully healing treatment through the parts of our body that are so often neglected.
