Horrible, got a 30 minute foot massage, I go there every week. Did not have tip, I was told if I am not tipping I need to pay the credit card fee. I informed them that I will not because it is not showed anywhere that is there store policy. Then the guy insisted that I pay the tip and again I said no. They are rude if they don't get a tip . What I don't under is if I am paying for a service and I don't want to tip why they literally running after you for the tip. This business needs to be checked by the Better Business Bureau for the store policy and who the owner is that they are allowing there employees to treat there customers horrible for a tip. I think business that charge a fee should not ask for a tip, it is the customer to decide if they want to tip at the end of the service. They should be regulated in what they are charging if they want a tip at the end. They are not a restaurant?????????????? All business that give this type of service and thinks that they are entitled to a tip should be monitored.
The masseur was unfriendly, the massage was okay. In the end he tried to force me to tip him more in a very rude way. After I rejected he kept trying to talk me into it.

I came to the store at 7:25 pm and they close at 8 pm And they refused to take on any customers. I drove from my home to get a relaxing experience. Bad customer service. I will never come back!
