My recommendation is to arrive overnight and get backed into dock 3 from the street. The street will be semi busy during the day w/trucks and cars. No pressure at night to get backed in since there is no traffic. Knocked on my door at 6:45am to break my seal and open my doors. Unloaded by 7:45. Fast, friendly, and professional.
They got me unloaded pretty quickly and efficiently and I didn't have any problems with them. The only real issue is that the dock spaces are real short its not easy to get in to them. Park out in the center of the street and walk your papers in. With a sleeper and '53 trailer you will need to back into employee parking to get turned around to back into the dock.
Took a little longer than normal to unload, but nothing outrageous. Polite and courteous. It's a back in off the street situation. Use Google earth and make sure you know where you are going. Streeti
