I just had my brand new Ford F350 Superduty undercoated at your franchise location in Clarksville, TN. First off the, tech was a great guy and polite. The quality of is where the issue came in. The undercarriage was never washed before the service. The actual coating is all over the paint of the car. I spent 2.5 hours scrubbing it off over various areas across the truck the last little bit of the overspray are in the photos, didn't grab the really bad ones because I did not think I'd spend all this time scrubbing. At this point, I'm so upset that I had to reach out to customer service. They are responsive, but can't resolve any issues aside from passing it on to the franchisee, which has yet to respond and most likely won't. That is why I'm leaving this review. The toxic coating is still in areas and visible. See pictures attached. I had a factory Tremor upgraded suspension on the truck and the tech sprayed onto the springs. These are Tremor red and now also have toxic tar coating on them. See pictures attached. I paid an additional upgraded charge from the dealership to have the interior black wheel well plastic added. These have been coated by the tech and now have a rough look to them because of the heavy coating. The wells upgrades are plastic so there is no need to coat them because they won't rust. See pictures attached. As I mentioned, this is a brand new $100k truck I ordered from Ford and waited 9 months to come in. The service performed is extremely sloppy and now I have these issues. I would like to have them taken care of one way or another. They can be cleaned or new parts will need to be ordered. The wells plastics will for sure have to be ordered.
I needed my car detailed before I head back up north this week, and they fit me in. Honestly, my carpet looked so mashed up and logged with husky hair. But, a couple of hours later, it was a new car again. After checking most of the Google reviews vs. who was open, they were competitively priced, and solid for my money. Been coming here for years. This is my fourth vehicle that I’ve had tinted by them. Did have a minor issue this go around but they fixed it ASAP and told me that they wanted me satisfied with the work.
Southernmost Ziebart I could find. Drove from Florida for the undercoating/sound deadening application. One guy in the shop and he was doing double duty on front desk and in the application bay. He did an AWESOME job!
Installed our remote starts before they became standard. Tint windows and install a lot of different accessories. Decently priced. A little higher than some, lower than most. Can't beat the customer service. Wish they had a customer waiting area.
Ziebart did an amazing automobile window tinting job for me!!! Looked super nice and professional. Eddie, the owner is a super nice guy and very professional. The tint job he did for me lasted 11.5 years before the window tint started to roll up, which is far longer than I would expect. I highly recommend doing business with Ziebart!!!
I went to this establishment to get my trucks bed liner. They offer the rhino liner here at a great price. From the past reviews and the short conversation I had with the lady behind the desk I chose this place to do the job. The work came out great and with a fast turn around. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and haven't seen any overspray on parts that shouldn't be sprayed and everything's in order.
They are fast! I haven't had to get too many car windows tinted but Ziebart was more expensive than some of the other places I have seen. Their speed might be how they justify the cost though. Even at the higher price, I will be going back there just for the quickness.
2020 F150 window tint. Looks amazing, and exactly what I asked for.
