I'm not a huge fan of the dentist, but this is without a doubt the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The whole atmosphere is inviting and welcoming. This was my 1st visit and I was impressed.

I am extremely grateful to all of the staff who make my visit so comfortable. I used to have the worst fear and anxiety at the dentist and I am treated with such kindness and respect here. Dr Ziegele and staff go above and beyond to ensure that I’m taken care of, even in an emergency Dr. Ziegele will squeeze me in and ensure that my dental needs are met. I’m blown away at the special details that promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I’ve never been more at ease at a dentist office than I am at Ziegele Smile Studio. I can’t thank them enough!
Didn’t fix the problem I have this tooth where any pressure on the gum above it causes a sharp pain, and the lymph node on that side is very swollen from an infection very close to my brain. They claimed to have fixed it the first time by filling a surface cavity. The issue persisted for weeks and they said it’ll go away. Eventually I had to call back and they said they’d fix it for free. They looked but ended up just telling me I need to floss it and it will go away. Which I did already, and continued to do, and I guarantee that’s not going to fix the deep infection. The women here talk across your body like it’s just another day at the salon while doing their work. Clearly they are lacking in quality of their work and not taking it very seriously. They put too much effort into making you feel comfortable and not enough into the work. I appreciate these things they’re nice people but what it comes down to is I wasted a lot of money here, and I’m worse than I started. Unhappy customer The infection has gotten so much worse. I think it might be causing me severe brain fog and other symptoms now. I will find a different dentist
I have never loved the dentist or been more comfortable at the dentist in my entire life! Seriously, this dentist is the best. I look forward to going to the dentist now.
This is the BEST dental office ever. From the kind and friendly service of all the office staff, the awesome hygienists, and Dr. Ziegele herself, every encounter I've had has been over the top positive. From the paraffin dip for your hands while you're getting your teeth cleaned, the sweet snack offered after a visit, and the stunning care delivered, every detail of the visit is orchestrated with compassion, professionalism, and sincerity. Amazing! So happy to have found this office!
