Zima Real Bus Line LLC

Man! Had never travel in this bus line and let me tell you, it's disgusting!! I will never travel with them again. I usually travel with Los Chavez but this time my husbands family was with us and they said they used this bus line I don't understand why honestly they are slow! The buses are old, falling apart and disgusting! You step on and automatically get hit with the smell of the rr it smells like a port a potty, so imagine your ride of 20+ hours and that's what you smell all the way. Later on during the ride which kept stopping at different locations to pick people up when they had told us was going directly to our destination which obviously they didn't. We stopped at a location and waited for hours on who knows what, driver just parked didn't say a word and left us there, turns out we were switching buses. When we finally did 2 hours later, the new bus was extremely hot and uncomfortable. As I said never again!! I would rather walk than take this bus line again. Don't know how they are still in business with the awful service they offer.

Best bus line we ever rode in. People are nice and courteous, bus ride is fast but we felt safe all the way.

Need to work on their schedule, they told us to get 30 minutes early because the bus leaves right on time. That was not true at all, they had us waiting over an hour. El horario no esta bien echo. Nos pidieron que lleguemos 30 minutos antes por que el camion se va en punto, pero nos tenian esperando mas de una hora.

Got me too and from mx but the bathrooms on every bus are horrible and the buses are just straight up nasty dirty. People customers are slobs on the bus and very rude.

Its alright, service is a little slow though, at least since I went there.

Please dont use this place they drip you off and lie to your face about where your gonna be dropped of and the go throu your belonging in the undercarrage
