Very bad!!! -The AC doesn’t work and we are currently at 90º degrees -Bathroom smells awful -Bus isn’t as clean We communicated about it and all we got was open emergency exit to let air in!! Not worth it for the price

Took Zima Bus from Laredo, TX to Dallas, TX. This bus had no air conditioning, the windows could not be opened. Very dangerous to the passengers. This is not acceptable. Be careful before you board these busses, make sure AC is in working order.

Worst bus EVER! It broke down and they put us on a new bus after 4 hours of waiting and then it proceeded to break down 2 more times!!!! AC barely worked it was awful. My cousin took these same buses the next day his bus ALSO broke down but his was worse.. his broke down at 1 am and it didn’t get fixed until 8 am!!! He said it was freezing and kids were crying. How awful. Never again.

Today, 11.22.17, at 6:07 P.M., this company failed to notify us of a time schedule change, causing me to be left behind by our assigned bus, and resulting in time being lost, for this trip was planned ahead of time. As we we're arriving at the bus station, we saw a Zima Real bus leaving the station, not being aware that it was our bus. As I entered the station, the women that we're behind the main counter, informed us that the bus we saw was the one I was supposed to ride. We made numerous attempts to resolve this matter by giving them several suggestions. First, we asked if they could utilize the Zima Real van they had parked right outside, in order to use it to catch up with our bus, but they refused. After this suggestion, we proposed to have my husband drive our own vehicle to catch up with the bus, for they we're just a few minutes away from the station. They seem not to care or want to help us in any way. One of the options they gave us is to drive all the way to Waco, which is two hours away from this precise location, to catch up with them then and there. The next suggestion we got from them was to depart from Dallas the next day at 10:00 A.M. We didn't really like that suggestion because the bus had to pick up passengers in Fort Worth, meaning this will cause us an hour extra of travel time, on top of already us being late. Through this entire ordeal, the part that makes us most upset is that as I was making the suggestions that I mentioned above, one of the youngest lady ,of two, was giggling as if our situation was a funny matter. I found no humor in my situation. I have been a long-time customer of this bus agency, and this left me bitter, and I would hesitate to recommend Zima Real at this specific location, which is: Zima Real, 712 South Walton Walker Bouleva, Dallas, TX 75211, to anyone. Thank you for your time and reading this review, I seriously appreciate it and I hope by me writing this review, will make you think twice about choosing this bus station as your ideal place to help you travel. To be honest all the times i ridden on this bus were good the service was good the bus driver was cool but one time the service was so bad the bus driver was being rude to everyone but that not even the worst part the bus was so dirty that i think you could not even remove the dust sitting on it my clothes got dirty just by sitting on the seat and they charger 100 for this service its the last time im chosing this company to travel with.

Worst buses the heater doesn’t work, you can feel the air through the windows even if you bring a blanket your still cold and the seats are super on comfortable..

Had to get off and switch to another one cuz one of the doors didnt shut ... They should had test it out before .we put all the luggage and self on the buz...and stupid b#### in front office with attitude.
