Zinnia Water Park

My family and I really enjoy going to this park. Just recently went during the late morning and the splash pad was perfect for the incoming heat. Our babies love it so much and that's all that matters to us.

Every summer we go to this park and today was the last summer we go due to the anti-slip coating is completely gone now so its very slippery and the algae growing on it makes it even more slippery due to it being slimmy. The children kept falling badly just by walking normally. I had to tell my child to not even try walking and just sit or roll on the pad . There used to be a strong textured coat on the pad. Be safe , or have your children wear helmet ‍

Trail head for Brush Trails. Clean restrooms. Well maintained MTB trails. Gravel and off road routes.

All around McAllen has great parks. My family particularly loves Zinnia because it is a smaller park it is not as busy. Also this park has grills! There are multiple park tables with shade and a grill around the park. There is something for each one of my kids, from my little ones all the way up to my high schoolers.

Very fun for the kids they loved the splash pad area. Nice playground area also has BBQ pits so if your looking for a outing this summer I highly recommend it. And it's free

Beautifully kept park! Nice clean picnic bbq area. The children's water park is always in working order ! Trees and shade throughout park.

This is my place of solace. It's a place where I love to watch the sun either during sunrise or sunset . I also jog here everyday and it is sooo relaxing.

It's a nice park where you can walk or bike around their trail, there's a volleyball sand court, a water park and some bench's. My only complaint is the park is closed and has been for awhile with no ETA doesn't look like anything is wrong with it other than the pile of dirt.

Excellent park to go exercise, hang out with family, plus it has a water amenitie to get wet if you like.
