Zion Lutheran Church was established in 1896 to be able to share God's love
with all people. Today at Zion Lutheran Church, we continue to gather around
Gods Word: (1) Because we sinners (disobey God) and are in need of God's forgiveness.
(2) To hear that we are forgiven by God and to receive that forgiveness in the Lord's
Supper and Baptism. (3) To be strengthened in the faith so that we can meet life's
challenges. (4) To be equipped to witness to the world so that many others can be with
us in heaven. (5) We look forward to seeing you with us again.
School Mission Statement: Zion Lutheran School was established in 1896 with the desire to meet the educational and spiritual needs of the rural area. Our mission is to educate the "whole" child. We stress Christian values and morals while educating: Spiritually ~ Socially ~ Physically. We have various field trips and other educational opportunities along with class room work. We are here to share the caring of Christ through weekly chapel services and many opportunities to grow in faith.
