Zion's Bank is wonderful. Their customer service is the best you will find. April is my favorite teller as she is super fast and friendly at getting exactly what you need done. Steffen is great to work with on a commercial or business loan! The process is always very smooth and they always close on or before scheduled time! Thank you all for the wonderful years of service you have given us.
Steffen at Zions was absolutely amazing to work with during the process to receive a loan and set up an account. I was very impressed with the communication and how willing to help he was. He genuine cares about his customers. I highly recommend working with Steffen!
My husband and I have been using Zions bank for a little over two years now, but needless to say we have had problems with this bank since day one. There are always pending charges, fees that are tacked on regardless if the account is at a positive balance, when cashing a check they post it to the account as if the cash was withdrawn from the account which made our account go negative for a weekend, I could go on and on but, needless to say because of our experience with Zions bank we will never be banking with them again. I would never recommend!
Zions has been nothing short of awesome for us. We do business banking there and they have come through for us on three major projects. Steffen Stowell has quarterbacked everything for us and was instrumental to making some key transactions for our business happy. Can’t thank him or Zions enough for what they have done for us!
Zions has been instrumental in our business banking needs, from help financing the building thru the SBA to navigating Covid-19. Steffen, Travis, and Justin have been great. Their tellers have been kind and courteous every time I come in.
As a small business owner in Rexburg, I would say that Steffen and Travis have been great to work with for our business needs. They have been attentive to our unique needs and helpful with questions that have arisen along the way. I really feel they have bent over backwards to serve and be advocates on our behalf. I've been happy with the tellers as well--Hope is particularly pleasant.
I was a victim of fraud, and Zion’s was great to work with! All of my money was returned to me, the representative both at this local branch and the customer service phone rep were very helpful in explaining my protection against fraud. I’ll always bank with Zion’s!
I have never realized how far behind Zions bank is compared to other banks. Even after 3 months of depositing checks here it can take up to 2 business days for deposited money to be available. The friendly staff I'm reading about in the reveiws must have favorites because the students on campus I've questioned do not agree nor do I.
I"m a small business owner in Rexburg and outgrew my local credit union. Because I only banked at a credit union I was not able to get ANY business loans or ANY help with available PPP funds. Switching banks is not an easy thing to do and it quickly became overwhelming at all the paperwork involved. I was running my business full time and would either forget to stop by the bank or forget to send information through emails. Steffen texted me and followed up multiple times and eventually set up my account FOR ME- he contacted my accountant, got all the information needed and all I had to do was sign some electronic forms and it was DONE! He made it so easy for me and I really appreciated that he went out of his way to make sure my business was not forgotten. BTW, he was always keeping me updated with regular emails about the status of funds available for businesses which was very helpful. And guess what? I was able to qualify for PPP funding in 2 days. 2 DAYS! No one has gone out of their way to help me like Steffen did.I think it's really easy to leave negative reviews when someone does something you don't agree with- but when you see good, you should share that too! There's still a lot of good people in the world willing to help and go out of their way for others!
Steffan At Zions Bank has been incredible to work with! A ton of great financing options!
