When I was trying to decide where to make appointments for bridal dress shopping there were a couple of criteria that I wanted to meet, one was ensuring that the salon be local to Milwaukee to go along with my local Milwaukee themed wedding, and also wanted to make sure the salon had enough of a selection of dresses, but would not be overwhelming, as it was my first time ever bridal dress shopping. Needless to say, making my first ever bridal dress appointment at Zita Bridal Salon was one of the best decisions I made! From the very first appointment I felt like I was a part of their family and I felt like they all truly cared and wanted to see me in a dress that I loved just as much as I did. Cynthia and her staff were absolutely the best! They were knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and genuine. They helped me go from style to style because I was having a hard time finding what I liked, but they was very determined to find me the perfect dress! I left that very first appointment with a dress that I loved, but was nervous to order since it was my only appointment. After going to another local salon later that same day, I realized that nothing would compare to the dress at Zita, nor would anything compare to the experience that I had there. That following week, I went back to Zita and ordered the dress that I fell in love with at the end of my first appointment. What I most loved about Zita is that the great service did not stop just because I ordered my dress. I was having a hard time deciding about wearing a veil, so one weekday evening I made an appointment to go and try on different head pieces and veils. Cynthia and her staff were there past the store closed helping me try on hair pieces and veils until we found something that I loved, which we did that night! Also, I was able to attend one of their Accessory events within the store and was able to meet and talk to the designer of a bridal belt I was thinking about ordering. Zita allowed me to try on my dress again and try on any belt that the designer had brought with her, and once again, we ended up finding the perfect bridal belt to go with my dress. Finally, Maria, the seamstress that operates her business out of Zita Bridal Salon, was just as amazing as the store itself. She listened to all of my concerns and altered my dress so it fit me perfectly. She is flexible, honest, and just as nice as everybody else who works at the store. I am so glad I was able to have her alter my dress for me! If I had to do this all over again, there is no doubt in my mind that I would choose Zita Bridal Salon. From my very first appointment to the day before my wedding when I was picking up my dress, everything was how I had envisioned it and hoped it would be. I can honestly not say enough great things about this bridal salon and their staff, and would recommend them to everyone!
Zita Bridal Salon was the first and only place I went to look for my bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very friendly. I am so thankful for all the help Zita Bridal gave me and they were truly excited and happy for me as I chose the dresses and came in for alterations. Maria who did my alterations at Zita was excellent and very talented in her work. Everyone made the whole process very personal. My wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses were stunning and I received many compliments on the style and color. I highly recommend Zita Bridal Salon to any bride.
I could not have imagined a better experience picking out, accessorizing, and fitting my bridal gown than I had at Zita's. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the stylist who worked with me, AudriAnn, was so helpful and wonderful. I was initially very overwhelmed, but she not only helped me find dresses that fit my style, she made the experience a lot of fun for me. The very first dress I saw and tried on was fell in love with—I even ended up buying the sample since it fit so well! But all of the other dresses that AudriAnn helped me pick out to try that day were gorgeous. There were several I would have been happy with if the first dress hadn’t been within my price range, which speaks to Zita’s large selection. The owner, Cynthia, was always incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions my mom or I had, both before and after the wedding. She also helped me select a bracelet and hairpiece that went beautifully with my dress. They have so many gorgeous accessories! The seamstress, Maria, was wonderful as well. The way she created the bustle in the back of my dress was incredible, and once I tied it up at the wedding, the whole dress just barely swept the floor! Needless to say, this preserved it extremely well, and the lace at the bottom didn’t tear or catch on anything, despite a LOT of dancing at the reception! She was so easy to work with, and very accommodating to my schedule which was a bit crazy since I don't live in the Midwest. Overall, the staff at Zita’s goes above and beyond to ensure that you not only get a beautiful dress, but that your entire experience— from trying things on, to going in for fittings, to picking up the dress—is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the process of finding a dress!
I chose my bridal gown from Zita for my January wedding last winter. The customer service was absolutely fantastic and Cynthia remembered me every time I came in! They were very accommodating to helping me stay within my budget and helped me find the perfect dress for my big day. Maria, who does alterations, was delightful to work with and did a wonderful job making my dress fit like a glove! Thank you to all the Zita ladies!
Love. Zita's was my first stop on my wedding dress hunt. Although I had an amazing time playing dress up in all of their fabulous dresses, the first dress I tried on, was MY dress. I went to other stores, and ended up coming back to Zita's to proudly say "yes to the dress" and eventually, "yes to the bridesmaid dresses". I loved my experience with all of the Zita's women. They made me feel just like a bride. I was able to have my "moment" and was really able to take in the whole experience. I would recommend Zita's to anyone looking not only for a wedding/bridesmaid dress, but also for the "bride" experience!
It wasn't until I had my first appointment at Zita Bridal that I truly experienced exceptional, personalized customer service in my search for the perfect wedding dress. My bridal consultant, Mary Pat, did an amazing job pulling dresses in the style and budget that I was interested in and making me feel beautiful and confident in each one! When I found MY dress, Mary Pat, Cynthia, Audrianne and everyone else at Zita was eager to help me complete every last detail of my look, from my veil, to my earrings, hair piece, and gorgeous, locally-designed belt. I am certain that I received the only kind of treatment they offer at Zita, the royal treatment! I never imagined I could look as beautiful as I did on my wedding day, and I owe everyone at Zita Bridal for all of their help! In addition to my dress, my bridesmaids found very classy and comfortable dresses that complimented each one of their styles and shapes. I could not have imagined a better experience than the one I received at Zita Bridal. I would recommend any bride with any style and budget to make Zita her first stop because it will surely be your last!
Zita Bridal Salon and owner, Cynthia, made my wedding dress dreams come true! As a bride from Minneapolis, I worked directly with Cynthia to purchase my dream dress via telephone, email, and even in person. She was always so quick to respond and what I loved the most was that she thought of the small details and paid such close attention to my needs. After expressing concern about how cap sleeves were fitting - she called my designer directly and explained how they needed to make sleeves that were unique to me. The custom measurements were amazing - everything fit perfectly. Cynthia kept me updated through the entire process from initial purchase to designer production, even working directly with both of my parents at times. I am so happy that I had the opportunity to work with Zita and I would reccommend them to any bride! They not only provided excellent service, but also provided me with comfort that my dress purchasing process was being managed by the best!
Zita's has one of the best reputations in Milwaukee and it out did my expectations. The moment I entered the store, I was greeted by a stunning store full of spectacular dresses. It took me a few appointments to find my dress but I couldn't have done it without Cynthia and her entire staff. They kept me updated on trunk shows I thought I would like and always urged me to try on something different. Looking for a dress and trying so many on can be exhausting and stressful but Cynthia made it so much fun and an experience I will forever treasure. One of my favorite things about Zita's is that you are able to see all of their inventory and pick out dresses for yourself. Cynthia and her staff listened to exactly what I wanted and really helped me narrow done my style. I couldn't have done it without all of them and I couldn't recommend Zita's more to any bride.
I highly recommend Zita Bridal Salon to anyone in Milwaukee, Madison or Chicago looking for a gown. My experience was fabulous. Cynthia made it such a special and comfortable experience. I truly felt like her only bride. Maria, who did all of my alterations, was friendly, quick and talented. My dress required complicated tailoring and she handled it beautifully.
I can't speak high enough about my experience at Zita Bridal Salon. I was married this past November and purchased my dress from Zita after searching at many other shops. I left each of the other shops frustrated by my inability to "shop around" the store and the pushiness of sales associates. My experience at Zita was the exact opposite. I was able to walk around and look at dresses, ultimately finding one that I never would have described if I couldn't been able to look around. I also had the honor of working with AudriAnn. She was AMAZING. She is sincere, caring and simply wonderful. She became a friend throughout the process! At the end, I narrowed my dress choices down to two one from Zita and one from another shop, but I ultimately decided on the one from Zita because of AudriAnn and my initial experience there. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and I am so glad I followed my instincts! Cynthia the owner was always incredibly friendly and accommodating - and offered great advice! Zita also has an independent woman for fittings/alterations. She listened to my concerns about fit and her alterations were perfect!
