Worst car wash ever, they need to do maintenance to this, if I knew it wasn't working properly I would had never payed 15 dollars for this, dam wast of time, I dont care for losing 15 dollar, I lost time and yall clearly dont give a dam about it, the left side that apparently spins doesn't work, and the ome that spins to clean in the front doesn't clean it because it doesn't touch the front. It reads wrong coordination to were your vehicle is parked. I would not recommend any one to waste your time here
It was a nice evening, after a beautiful fall day! The car wash was good and the annoying AI voice was gone.. The vacuuming area was clean and plenty of room in the trash cans! The extras dispenser was stocked, Armour All, Tire Wipes, Car Scents etc. etc. The vacuum seemed to be struggling a little bit, here and there. "Overall good experience"
Went to ZK Auto Spa Grimes and Caprock a couple of days ago. Worst 10 dollar car wash I ever purchased. Half of the detergent sprayers didn't operate properly, the air dryer barely moved the water off my vehicle, and then the vehicle was still just as dirty.
Do not use!! Worse car wash. Scrubbers didn't even rotate except the front.
They sprayed some bug remover on my hood and let me set in line long enough for it to dry now my paint came off and car had no paint problems before I washed it
Actually had a problem with the wash and rinse portion of the car wash. Amazingly enough there was an employee servicing the equipment. I told him I still had soap all over my truck. Without questioning me, he offered to run my truck thru the wash one more time at no charge. I will continue to visit this automated car wash.
I paid for the $12 wash but the wash did not run completely through. I called the listed number, and they showed up in 5 minutes. They were able get it up and running again without any issues. They even watched to make sure the wash I paid for went all the way through. Great customer service!
It's a pain that the card reader doesn't work. I rarely carry cash, but I happened to have a $20 on me today. Also stinks that I got $5 of change in quarters. Y'all really need to be able to dispense the $1 coins if you're going to force people to use cash.
The worst carwash I've had from here. Hoses were leaking from connections and when rinsing there was still soap coming out. Had to go to another carwash to remove the soap that was still on my vehicle!! Will not go back here!!
When I pay for the deluxe wash, am I supposed to still have enough soap on my vehicle to obscure my vision while driving?
