I was hesitant on getting another recliner but my husband found one from Zoli that worked out great for us. The leather is so soft and the recliner works wonderfully. With the way it reclines, even for those who are asleep in it, won't notice any changes when reclined. Great piece and we love it.
Beautiful Italian furniture, great staff. Not a place for small kids as there's a bunch of stuff that could get damaged. Our 20+ year old dining room set was a fantastic buy and still looks great. Price is excellent for the quality
They need to post a sign that says NO CHILDREN OR FAMILIES ALLOWED. Within 3 minutes of being inside the store, two of the most pretentious sales associates I've ever had the displeasure of meeting chased us around and harassed us to not let our son sit on a couch, touch a table, get near a bed, etc. The only reason you should go here is if you want people to verbally abuse your children and act like they're better than you. When I complained to the manager, who was sloppily dressed and smelled like body odor, he just stared at me with a blank look and sputtered unintelligently. One star is too good for these snobs. *UPDATE - As the owner's reply makes clear, the store is dangerous for children. Families should avoid this store.
Worst experience ever !! The associate asked me where I purchased my family room furniture and when I told him Scandinavian design, he suggested that they would not have anything in my price range but I could go ahead and look around look around if I wanted to. Really? How do you know What my price range would be. They also need to post a sign to state no drinks allowed because I wasn't allowed to walk around their showroom with my coffee.
We purchased a Haven modular sectional; tried it out in the showroom, ordered our special piece, and they kindly held until we could return to Denver during Pandemic and arranged to deliver it in difficult circumstances. It's a gorgeous showroom and the products are high quality. I am happy to recommend it and will return for additional purchases. Also have to add, Tony who worked with us was cordial and professional.
My wife and I purchased several items here recently and we were impressed with both the quality of the furniture and the helpfulness of the salesperson. I noticed a comment below about issues with children. In our case Zoli was incredibly welcoming, offering our son the chance to watch a video while sitting in a cushioned area. If you are looking for modern furniture in Denver this is definitely the place to go.
I have been a customer since 2003 and I love this store. Recently I stopped by when they a big remodel of the showroom that I heard about. The service and kindness of the people that helped me made me feel like family. It is truly an amazing retail white glove experience. I love my new couch set the quality is so unreal and your new showroom is so amazing can't wait to come back. Love the new look and new designs!
We really enjoy working with Tony and Gail. Tony’s product knowledge combined with the quality and beauty of the furniture at Zoli make the experience there superior. I read the one-star review and find it useless for someone trying to get an understanding of the furniture sold by this store. OF COURSE you shouldn’t bring wandering, curious toddlers into this store! You don’t need a sign to figure out that your child should not be left unattended to walk on glass table tops or handle expensive glass sculptures. [ADDED 10-2-2019] When Zoli delivered our glass table in June, a leg broke in transit. Zoli loaned us a beautiful table until the leg arrived from Italy. Their installer, Jorge, is fantastic. His product acumen and experience let me enjoy the delivery and installation process without worrying.
Wow... let me start off by saying this place has the most BEAUTIFUL, MODERN and EXQUISITE FURNITURE in Denver!! We ended up staying there for about 2 hours trying to decide on whether to get "The Jessica" or "The Melissa" sectional. We had the nicest, lowest pressure professional helping us the entire time, his name is Tony. He was a complete down to earth, kind and really wonderful man! We just adored him! He was so patient and respectful... wonderful experience we had with Tony! We also had the incredible experience of meeting the owner, Avi Brown. Avi is over flowing with charm, charisma and intelligence. We enjoyed him tremendously! We ended up selecting "The Jessica" sectional and we are over the top THRILLED about our choice. One of the most memorable and special furniture shopping experiences that we've ever had. I highly recommend this UNBELIEVABLE store and you will be floored with how BEAUTIFUL their furniture is!! Thank you to both Tony and Avi for an experience we'll NEVER forget. A++++++. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE!!!!
BAD EXPERIENCE not even one start we stop by the store one day that we were on the area because we live about an hour away so when we came to the door we have the bad luck of met this unpleasant lady in charge of the store bad actitud and tell us that they were alredy closing when it still about 20 min to close so a guy that was by tell her that we still have about 15 min so she stated that they just have their walls painted and she didn't want my kids around well the walls that they had painted were where we were standing right in the entance so i don't recoment to visit this store for the bad service they have they should have there workers trained to serve the costumers and if she was the owner of the store she should take some education clases because it look like she doen't event know what the word EDUCATION means. I Will Never go back to this store.
